I legit go to this location 5 times a week between breakfast and lunch and it’s terrible! The old location was way better. 6 employees standing at the door and the line wrapped around the building. Place an online order just to sit in line for 15 mins and be told you can’t get breakfast any more. Then the Cliff farm charge on top of every order. It’s not the pandemic. It’s a problem at this location. They were awesome through everything at the old location. Please tell me what has changed?!

The new Chick fil a in Madison is very nice and the food is great. However, the drive thru line has been extremely slow every visit. 30-40 min each time.

WLet me first say I love Chick-fil-A, and I’m a Chick-fil-A signature member. The chicken is absolutely fantastic and usually the service is too. The employees are always very nice. However, this Chick-fil-A moved locations to just down the street in order to provide more efficient service to their customers. I went for lunch today and spent 45 minutes in the drive through line. I was then asked to scoot up to a waiting spot, bc my meal was not yet ready, even though I just ordered nuggets and fries for one person. This is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Much needed new location for Madison that has a much larger store and parking lot. It features double drive thru that line the perimeter of the parking lot while the mobile order curbside is located toward the front door. Unfortunately there are not near enough curbside spots or even parking spots. The traffic still spills out onto the main road. The inside is nice and modern with plenty of seating. Waited about 15 mins to get my mobile order.

This location is the relocated store in Madison. Traffic flow is greatly improved. Food and service were great as usual. Friendly and relatively fast service. Based on this they are a 5 star Chick Fil A. The issue I have is a 3% “Development Fee” for the shopping center. Quacks like a tax. Eating out is already expensive enough. Really??? I will be choosing other locations. Is this the wave of the future? It’s not like this is in an airport. It’s an old cotton field. Blah.

i love this restaurant and this location, but very annoyed that every single time i have a meal with fries they’re never filled even close to the top. also, the fries through delivery have never once been hot or relatively crispy!

It takes a lot of strength, courage and humility to admit when you make a mistake and to be dedicated towards correcting your mistake. Colton absolutely displays these virtues and made my experience at Chick-fil-A all the betterTypically you wouldn't expect to be greeted at a fast food place, but Chick-fil-A of Madison isn't a typical fast food joint. When you walk in the door to when you walk out the door you are greeted, and thanked for choosing them. Chick-fil-a is more than a fast food joint, it's a experience and a good one at that.

Great place to eat, but...They have closed this location! Since they're (still) working on opening a new place down at Clift Farms, they no longer need this one. Had they kept this open, there would be two too close together. It's an unfortunate shame that some corporate executive decided that we had to be without for a while. Seems like they COULD have left this one open until the new one was fully operational. BOO to CFA on that move, but they will still be very busy at their new location anyway. (Can you say: "CFA Addiction?)
