To all Chili's - Please bring back original chicken crispers (tempura battered). I have not been back since I confused the last waiter and insisted they were incorrectly making the chicken tenders. I guess he did not know about the old ones, and I did not know they had been forever canceled :-(

It seems as though there were only two servers tonight. Bless their hearts, they were overwhelmed. We sat for 30 mins before my husband's salad arrived. The appetizer didn't arrive until the meal arrived. It was not the best experience or food for that matter. The manager did remove the appetizer from the check but I don't think that we will be back anytime soon, though.

Service was amazing,Alley was our server , everyone was working together. Alley went above and beyond for our party while also waiting on other tables. The manager was also very nice. The food was good but they really need some more servers. The lady that waited on us was great, but she was covering tables for half the restaurant in a Sunday lunch crowd. As a result our lunch for 6 took two hours. They also need to improve their bill pay process. She dropped off a tablet at our table for us to all process our own payments, but it died (shut down) after the first couple paid. Then the second tablet kept hanging up when the 2nd couple would try to pay.

Our server was very nice. She had been working all day and was tired but she was very attentive.
The food was pretty good. The prices were great. The two for 10 lunch special was amazing. The double burger with bacon was cooked very well. My server bread was very pleasant friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back again.

The food is always wonderful. I haven't had anything I didn't like. My favorite is the grilled chicken explosion salad. My husband loves the chicken fajitas . When you leave, you feel like everyone has eaten.The service is great as well. The manager, Jay, and the bar area server, Jamie, know us on site. They make a special point to come by our table to say "hi" and make my 6 yr old grandson feel special.Kid-friendliness: They offer a Kid's menu selection. A coloring and game sheet with crayons.
