The portions are very small, the price is always different. Today, I bought a child’s portion of food and at the checkout they didn’t give me fruit, which is included in the price, no fruit, no chips, nothing, but the cost of the order was 4.92, sometimes the same order costs 5.52, sometimes it’s 4.52, I can’t understand why the price is different every time if the order remains the same - same. ???

Had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through line past my pick up time, finally bailed and went inside. Food was cold by the time I finally got it.They had logged my order as already picked up so I couldn’t even report an issue to the website because it said it was already picked up on time.

This chipotle is terrible, do not come here unless you just want to sit there and waste time. None of the workers seem like they want to be there. Spent an hour in the drive through line for them to say the order doesn't even to exist. The manager louis is clueless on how to manage the store and when you try to complain to him about it he just acts like it's not his job.

This location is terrible! Food is bland with no taste. Chicken was undercooked. Says they close at 10:00 p.m. Doors were locked at 9:40 p.m! That shows how lazy the staff is!

I love Chipotle and the dressing Honey Vinaigrette is the best ever!! All the other locations never have it they are always out or too lazy to make it . This place does!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Holy cow talk about a terrible experience. The first burrito I ordered was so bad I went back. Had them make a new one with someone different just to see if each member was making them wrong. talk about standards. The guy at the front counter then wanted to argue and say everyone makes them different. I even didn't ask for a free burrito, I just wanted the problem noticed. The bottom burrito is the first one.

I live in walking distance but I choose to drive 10 min to go to another chipotle. There is an issue every time I go here. One time the rice was under cooked and was hard. Another time the beans were undercooked and were hard as rocks. On time a manager rolled my burrito and told the cashier that I got guacamole on my burrito. I told him I did not get guacamole and he gave me such a dirty look….but he rolled the burrito so how could he not have seen there was no guacamole on it? The staff is terrible and all they want to do is talk to each other. When I am in line to place my order, I am always very friendly and respectful to the staff members, but the staff just looks at me until I tell them what I want. You can tell 90% of the staff hates their job. I will no longer be going to this chipotle. It sucks because I said I can walk to this one but it’s not worth it. This chipotle needs new staff and management.

Chipotle is hands-down my favorite chain restaurant, however I continue to waste my money at this location every single time I order. It is CONSISTENTLY bad - any time I order pick up or delivery, there's always something wrong (missing items, guacamole containers filled halfway, missing ingredients in my bowl). When something is missing in my order in the drive through and I have to go inside to fix it, their excuse is "oh, this person just forgot". I know - humans will make mistakes, no one is perfect, but when it consistently happens, it's not an excuse and it is simply poor management! It's gotten so bad that I started ordering in person to ensure they don't mess up my order, and even then I still have issues. They run out of ingredients at 5pm and tell me "we're not making any more". I could understand if it was near closing time, but you have an entire dinner time to serve and you're not going to make any more chips, meat, guac, etc? Or at least learn to prepare more food the night before? The only option to complain about an online order is to chat with their automated system, and the only remedy that's ever offered is a free item of whatever was missing. I don't want free - I want the issue to be fixed! I've even had the chatbot refuse to help me because it thought I was scamming them by complaining all the time. I'm so fed up with this company. The food used to be great, and it's my favorite comfort food when it's correct, but it never is and it leaves me disappointed and angry. There's no where to actually email Chipotle to let them know about issues going on, so I have to resort to Google/Yelp reviews and write them a letter to send snail mail. Just ridiculous.
