Is it the lack of Well versed and trained employees? In my opinion, YES!PLEASE, Cracker Barrel ! PLEASE bring the excitement back into AMERICA's FAVORITE RESTAURANT!We return always to various cracker barrels throughout our travels and they all are the same.... Lack of service quality! Please please fix this and bring the OLD Cracker Barrel experience back immediately!

I usually restrain from leaving bad reviews but this one was rough. Server was disconnected in a bad way. Refilled one glass of tea and left the other one empty before turning around to greet another table.Food came out, looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for a while. Had that glazed over/dehydrated look that you can tell by looking at it. Imagine my surprise when I but into my eggs and they were runny. I'm talking about I'm wanting to pull a skillet off the wall, light their little table lamp and finish cooking the eggs. After my third bite, I hit into some eggshells and I was done. Still waiting on my biscuits and gravy and I've already paid and left the restaurant. Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.

Stopped hostess stand and waited for the girls to finished their chat. I was seated at a small table, 3 other tables got seated. While waiting for service, noticed 4 servers to walk by and one cleaned the table next to min, never said anything. Then another server stopped at the table in front and took their orders on bother tables. While all the other guests were being served, still never got serviced in 12 mins. I stopped at the hostess stand again, she called someone up front, then walked off to talk to her coworker. After 7 mins, no one showed up, so I left. Very poor service and they were not busy yet.
Curbside pickup. Nice steak, corn bread and vegetables. I was warm when I got home. Awesome job!

I was in the mood for a good salad, so I stopped at Cracker Barrel (Madison area) because you could not go wrong with a salad and homemade biscuits. I love sitting in this establishment and looking at the advertisements of items sold before my time. My son ordered chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and green beans. He said they were delicious ? I forgot to take a picture. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. I definitely will be back because the hashbrown casserole was so yummy. The vibe in the restaurant is relaxing, too.
