This place is bottom of the barrel when it comes to dunkin. I have ordered through Uber twice from here in the past week and they seal the bag without all of the items being present so the driver can't confirm. They sent me a "latte" that was literally just a cup of milk and it was the wrong size. They also sent me a "medium cappuccino" that was 75% foam. do not spend your money or time here.

absolutely terrible service and ridiculous wait times. it the one good manager is t there in the mornings, don't even bother going.they also serve online orders before the people who are actually in line

I come here all the time on my way to work and literally every single time my coffee I pay full price for is never full. I'm talking about like a good 2-3 inches from the top. And today I got avocado toast and to no surprise the bacon wasn't on it. I'm not upset I would just like something to be fixed about it. I LOVE Dunkin. I don't really have time to eat throughout the day so I was definitely looking forward to my food. It's just all really annoying literally every single time I go something is messed up.

Been coming to this location for years but need to go ahead and bite the bullet and switch locations. Inconsistent drinks, terrible food quality, and perpetually disengaged and rude employees with minimal sense of urgency or customer service.

We ordered food from here from door dash, they delivered only half of the food, we tried calling the phone number for this location and it goes to voice-mail and days - this is Tony can't get to the phone and leave a message, then it says the mailbox is full and can't leave a message?We also reached out to door dash and haven't received a response yetI wouldn't order from this location if this location doesn't care enough to have their phones available for their mistakesCan't call the corporate phone number until Tuesday so that doesn't help us today, which is a Sunday

This was the worse experience that I have ever had in the 10 years being a customer. The cashier back was turned the entire time with no acknowledgement. It took the runner to notice my frustration for her to turn around and say are you ready? It didn't take long for my order but I almost walked out. Your cashier needs to be retrained or maybe needs to go to drive thru due to her struggles to face front customers.

Drive thru was very pleasant..people were very nice.. Only upset was I wanted an ice coffee and they didn't have the brew..but went back the next day and got my ice coffee..❤

I ordered ahead of time on the mobile app to pick up my order as a walk in, when I arrived at the store the doors were locked and the employee inside motioned me to the drive thru, I pointed to my phone and told him through the door I ordered on the app but again he motioned me to the drive thru. I tried to cancel my order on the app and get a refund but couldn’t figure out how to do it, the drive thru line was packed, so I had to wait in the drive thru. When I arrived to the drive thru window the cashier told me my egg bites had been sitting on the shelf for 30 minutes so I asked him to remake my entire order bc I also had a frozen coffee, the young man told me that I would have to pay again for my order which I had already paid for on the app!! The manager got involved & told me they were short staffed whic is no excuse to me!!

We got 3 cold brew coffees with cold foam and every single drink came 3/4 of the way full the staff informed us it was because we got cold foam. We have been to many Dunkin's and have never had that issue before.....
