The only location not to mess up my food and drinks, but the girl with long hair and red ends was mocking customers at the drive through and talking badly about them and their orders the entire time I was at the walk up counter waiting for my food. Have some decency! I’ve worked in restaurants but save that for later, not in front of customers.

I have had nothing but a great experience at Dunkin. What makes my experience astronomically different is an employee by the name of Darius. He has done nothing but make me and my friends day better every time we arrive, he has gotten us through many things and been the light to our darkness throughout the months. If Darius hasn’t already gotten a 50% raise, he without a doubt needs it. He has an amazing soul, and great energy, and is what we would call a good human. He makes the best iced caramel coffee, and never misses a beat.

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Trying to grab a quick breakfast turned into a 30 minute wait in the drive through. When the person finally comes to take my order I'm told to wait again ... I just wanted a drink and a wrap. Then when I finally get to the window to give them my money they're RUDE. Like I did something to them. No worries. Won't be back , Starbucks will be my coffee spot from now on. Update : The store was empty , so I really don't understand what took so long 45 minutes total for a simple order is ridiculous

Hey Dunkin' if a person is standing in line and their the first person, ya just might want to say hello. I know your busy, but come on. I stood there a good 8mins and never got acknowledged. You know what there are people who have never been in your store before.

If I could go lower I WOULD. Drinks were undrinkable, we got 4 drinks, 2 of them had no sweetener and was all milk, our two coffee drinks tasted EXPIRED. We waited 20 minutes as a mobile user, this dunkin has had so many problems before, but this literally ruined our entire day.

I always love going in when a specific worker is there because she always has a smile and is very respectful. This morning I had one of the worst experiences getting food period. The worker yelled at me when I was checking on my order because I was wondering if my order was already out. Then when she finished she slammed my food down. This was terrible and I probably won't be coming back.

This morning I ordered a coffee with skim milk. Over the intercom in the drive thru I was told that they didn’t have skim milk. As I was deciding what other type of milk I wanted, the person taking my order came back over the intercom and said that someone had just found skim milk in the fridge. As I was pulling away from the parking lot with my drink, I took a big sip and it was SOUR and CURDLED! It made me VOMIT while sitting at the red light. I turned my car around, went inside where two very unenthusiastic, rude, and seemingly careless employees looked at me and didn’t say a word as I told them what was wrong with my drink. I gave them the drink asking for another one. They handed it back to me and said I could keep it. Why…? No apology, no rush to remake my drink, and no care in the world from them. I have NEVER been served something so foul before…what a way to start my day at 6:30AM. I frequent Dunkin several times a week, never again.
