Best IHOP experience we’ve ever had! Took a group of friends to try the Sonic menu and our server Mohammad was just the best server we have ever had!! Went above and beyond to give us a great experience and was so personable and kind. 11/10 experience, I usually hate going to ihop but this location is SO NICE and he has converted me from an ihop hater to a lover haha

Don’t waste your time. 3 strikes and I’m done.Service is always horrible. You’ll get seated quickly and then ignored for 15 to 20 minutes.Learned the first time, if you don’t order the second you see the staff, you won’t eat for an hour. I’ve never gone when it was busy either.Had to ask for silverware after our food arrived.Never asked if we needed anything else or how our food was.Only way we got our check was by standing up to leave.

Before I start, I post good & bad reviews & this one's not so good. They were not busy since it was a Thursday night between 9-9:30. When we walked in, it said wait to be seated, so we did. They didn't have the drink we ordered 1st, then they took forever to fix our food. She brought our food out & on 1 plate was half my food & 1/2 my husband's food? My gravy was ice cold, had to wait 10 mins for more gravy, never had drinks refilled & the entire staff was in the kitchen just laughing & having a good time. Another family came in & they got their order wrong, too. We will definitely not be back to this IHOP ever & I don't recommend it. My mom has been to this one 1 time herself & had bad service as well.

The food was great and fresh and presentation was fantastic. Nice and fluffy pancakes with plenty of toppings for both our orders. The wait wasn’t long and we were seated quickly. It was very crowded and employees were having to yell across the restaurant to their coworkers. It felt more like I was in a Waffle House than an iHop. I found out when we were leaving their policy is to get tables their ticket by the second bite, and it made us feel slightly rushed but that’s only to blame on policy or management. Our waitress was fantastic and had us taken care of thoroughly. By the end of the meal, we had good conversation and good food so it’s five stars from us. Thank you ❤️
