They took it upon there self to change my order without asking and still charged me the food was soggy from the chicken to the fries and didn’t even except responsibility for there actions. I would never recommend this place and if your ever in cedar city find somewhere else.

First of all, I only got 7 wings so one short. Very mediocre wings, sauces aren't really that good. My door dasher was nice enough to check to make sure I got all my sauces because if not, I wouldn't have gotten any of them! My food was just thrown in the box, no care taken whatsoever. My drink wasn't even filled all the way up. Come Chili's, do better!

This place needs shut down. I will be contacting my local food safety inspector and I suggest others do the same. I ordered my wings and then saw the reviews stating raw chicken... I thought there's no way they can have that many bad reviews of raw chicken...boy was I mistaken. I know it's operated by chili's so that will shut both restauraunts down. the managers there need fired. I worked as a QA in the kitchen at this chili's over a decade ago, and I never would have let this quality of food leave the kitchen. absolutely disgusting, and based off the number of reviews mentioning this, its not an isolated incident. luckily postmates gave me a refund. but I still waited over a hour for raw chicken. get it together or lose your business all together.

The wings were badly cooked they were supposed to be smoked wings and they were not I was also supposed to have Fries with BOTH of my combos Plus an extra order of fries and received ZERO fries! Wings had no flavor and were undercooked!

These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.
I ordered a 22 piece boneless wings and got 14 not to mention half of the 14 was mixed with tiny pieces of crust the wings were very hard and chewy the sauces taste nothing as posted sweet chili tasted like Parmesan ranch and didn’t receive my ranch or blue cheese but was charged anyways please do yourself a favor and skip this establishment cause they absolutely don’t care

Just ordered for the first time on door dash. It wasn't door dash fault . The ranch wasn't closed in bag and spilled over into the wings and fries. Last time going and the wings are not good at all. Lower level than zaxbys
