The food has been bad and the service is bad ... There is nothing good to say about this place .... When u have bad ppl running the store u have bad service. FASTFORWARD TO 3/14/24 I KEEP GIVING JACKS A CHANCE TO GET BETTER BUT I WENT INTO THE LOBBY TO OREDER A BURGER AND A AFRICAN WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER AND WHEN I STARTED TALKING HE ACTED LIKE HE HAD NO BRAIN. AS I STOOD THERE IN HORROR THE MANAGER WALKED UP AND SENT HIM AWAY. AS I PLACE MY ORDER I ASK THE LADY MAN. WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM (NO REPLY) THEN THE COOK WALKED UP AND LOOKED CONFUSED. SO I GOT THE FISH AND TOOK IT HOME AND STARTED EATING. AFTER 5 BITS I NOTICED SOMETHING SMELT BAD SO I THREW IT AWAY. I AM NOW BOYCOTTING JACKS. THIS INCLUEDS THE ATHENS STORE. GOOD LUCK JACKS HOPE YOU DONT POSSION PEOPLE

I was in the lobby getting my order placed. The young lady helping me was doing a great job for them appearing short staffed. I was horrified, however, when the lady who was at the back table started screaming at the employee who was helping me. She kept yelling "ma'am" in a very degrading way and criticizing everything. The poor employee looked stressed and I almost started yelling at that lady who was probably a manager. What a horrible experience to witness and I hope that employee seeks better employment elsewhere if this continues. I will not be back if I have to deal with nasty management as this.

Customer service is very rude. And beware when you ask for fresh fries, they are refrying old fries and calling them fresh. Worst food ever. I do it recommended anyone eating from them!!

I've ordered no. 5 on the menu before at other Jack's and the food was usually cold but at this Jack's I had to say was the best! My food was hot and good because someone paid attention to detail ! My order was right and the service was great !

Nappy headed young lady in the window snatched the money and I mean jerked my payment clean out my hand because I guess I was taking too long to hand her some change, and they will “anything else” you to death, go to Jack’s elsewhere.

It’s “thanks for choosing jacks May I take your order”, Ima say “thank you” every time and sit at the speaker until the proper greeting is applied. & It’s “yes sir you can go ahead with your order” , not “yeah”.

I love all Jacks’s except this one. Went there for breakfast. They had not only a huge car line but a line inside.The staff was constantly getting orders wrong and taking forever. Meanwhile there was an old lady with Jack’s uniform standing at the end of the counter making comments but not helping at all, to this day I do not know what her job duties are supposed to be.We ended up walking away once the staff informed us they had run out of biscuits.
