What a change! Last time I went into this location, I swore it would be my last. They now are carrying a 95-heath rating, the building inside is spotless and the food is good! I ordered a Kids Meal and the chicken was cooked right, no grease, or funny taste to it. The fries were out of this world hot and crunchy. The service was good but could use some tweaking, as it did not seem coordinated. If they can fix that I would rate them 20 STARS! Thanks!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I go here, when I want something different. I really have nothing good to say about KFC, other than, I love their fried chicken(original recipe). I'm sure all their other food options are decent. Don't take my word for it, the only thing I've ordered there besides fried chicken, is their famous bowl, and it's pretty good. I did get a mild case of food poisoning from the undercooked chicken, the last time it was ordered, but, I kept it down, and it subsided after a few hours. I'm a little hesitant to go back, it's not fun dealing with food poisoning in the middle of the workday. That's just one case out of many, though.

Don't order delivery like UberEats, Doordash, etc. from this location. Got the bottom of the barrel cardboard dry chicken in my bucket they just wanted to get rid of. Go pick it up yourself to make sure it's fresh.

The worst restaurant in Madison. Cold food old biscuits, so hard I almost broke a tooth. I used to love KFC but this location has changed that. Road kill would be a better meal. The chicken had to be hours old. I will never eat there again. Avoid at all costs. You were warned.

Extremely rude and dismissive customer service today on. Aug11th at 5:30pm from a white lady. She literally threw our food out of the window and walked off so fast before we could ask for condiments and had the audacity to actually get an attitude and tell us that we were holding up her line (we were waiting for her to come back to window) . Get friendlier people at the window

1st Couldn't order waited in line be told to hold up. 2nd ordered then waited and got all the way to the window and was told they gave away the last sandwich
