The would say this KFC was bad, but that’s not even it. The workers who were working night shift on Sunday April 7 had to have been the most incompetent workers to exist. First of all they gave me zero hot sauce in my bag… Are you kidding? Do they know what kind of establishment they are and where they are located. Secondly I went inside of the store to get some and had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. There were 4 total workers that I could see. The girl working the drive through was actually decent at her job seeing as she couldn’t speak to me because she had a headset on and she proceeded to correct the other girl on how she had already gotten the order wrong for the bag she was about to hand out of the window. There was one girl standing in the lobby moving some cardboard sign and she didn’t speak to me once. Finally the lady packing pick-up orders asked if I was waiting on a pick up. I proceeded to tell her that I just needed some hot sauce. She continued to walk to the back to do another task and the girl who had gotten an order wrong earlier walked up to me and asked what I needed. (Keep in mind it was the same girl who brought out my FAMILY pack of chicken) She then proceeded to hand me 4 total packets of hot sauce. At this point I didn’t even want to ask for more because I could not stand to be in that establishment any longer. I finally get home and take my order out only to see that they didn’t even give me my mini apple pie things that I had ordered. Horrible experience. Workers need to learn how to do simple tasks before being given a job.

Got the 8 piece family meal and only had 6 pieces. One had just bone and chewy fat. So only 5 edible pieces of chicken. This KFC is a scam/theft. avoid this location

Been here several times, always friendly and courteous staff. Food is served up quickly, hot and delicious.Today we had a large order the manager carried out to our car for us. They are terrific ? we will go back when ever we crave chicken ?
Unfortunately, as much as I like KFC this was a disappointing visit. Went through the drive through to grab dinner for the family, spending over 40 dollars for a 12 piece with sides. Ask for all dark and discovered 7 of the 12 pieces were not.....Call the store back to express my disappointment and the only solution they provided was to drive back 25 minutes with wrong chicken. A costumer should not have to check the bucket to ensure the order is correct.

Only went through drive through so I won't knock the atmosphere, service was poor taking the order but was very friendly at the window. Food was ok but the price compared to supermarket deli chicken was outrageously high IMO.

Manager was on point this day. Fastest service I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I got my receipt they had my food ready. Best experience I’ve had from a KFC.
The chicken was burned, we're given the wrong receipt, if we were to complain the receipt that was for ten dollars and our was 60
