Edited 5 stars to 2 - since the manager, Vonnie I think, left, the quality has significantly tanked. My Italian bread has next to no cheese and is BURNT and the pizzas have a crust that is 1/3 of the pizza slice (and my kids don't eat crust). Absolutely awful quality. Senior management needs to look into why this location went from great to gross. We order pizza weekly from a couple establishments. The customer service needs a serious overhaul. I respect young people working but when nobody answers the drive thru and you have to come inside, why have a drive thru option? Then, the loud talking and goofing off instead of providing service is also frustrating. Lastly, every single time I have come by...there is nothing or just 1 item hot n ready. Why advertise things a location cannot perform? What a shame.

First of all it was very dark in the inside so I thought they were closed until I saw someone go in. There were 2 workers there. The one taking the orders was clearly aggregated and all he kept complaining about was how tired he was and how he'd been there all day. I ordered the puffs which I assumed was $3.99 for 4 but I was charged over $12 so I thought maybe I was mistaken and it's $3.99 a piece.
