I am amazed at how much this location has gone down hill. Last time I ordered, our food was a half hour late, and then when it did arrive, it was missing half the order, which we had to wait over another hour to get. The store staff didn't seem the slightest bit sorry and didn't even apologize. When I asked for a partial refund or a credit since half my household had to wait an extra hour on top of the half hour the food was already late, they said they were adding a credit, but refused to tell me what it was for.I wound up filling out their satisfaction survey and I got a call (I'm assuming from corporate) to ask about the experience. I told them about it, and they said they could see where the manager had added a $25 credit for my number.So, I decided to give them another shot. First I discover that I cannot order online and use this credit, as it's not attached to my actual account in any way, only my phone number. So, I call them to place an order, and apparently the credit was then only $5 for some reason, and they essentially told me to pound sand.I'll never be ordering from this location again, how good the pizza is doesn't even filter into the equation anymore. Every single interaction I've had with them over the last month has been negative. Even my call with corporate involved the guy that called me making excuses why it was understandable that they might forget half an order and then take over an hour to deliver the rest of the order, which arrived ice cold, given it had been made over an hour prior.

Make sure you check your delivery orders BEFORE the driver leaves your door. Normally I have had no problems with this Marcos in the past, but tonight was different. I ordered online and didn't check my order. I have EXTREME food allergies so I am very specific with where I can eat and what I can order at certain places. My pizza was not what I ordered and when I called about it, I was placed on a very long hold (10+ minutes) before a young man answered and I explained the situation. He offered a credit and then put me on hold for a manager and I waited about 5 more mins before just hanging up. This week has been rough enough without the additional stress of arguing over a pizza. I am disappointed in Marcos. They were always a safe option but now I have my doubts. I know kids work at places like this but they should still be taught to take a little pride in what you do and do it well. I'm so disappointed. Check your orders.Dietary restrictions: They obviously weren't paying attention at all to what they were doing. If I choose to risk it again, I will have to be VERY SPECIFIC regarding my food allergies. I didn't have to babysit them in the past.

The food was absolutely excellent, got a Philly cheesesteak pizza. The only issue we experienced was our order got "handed to someone else", which led to us waiting an additional 25 minutes. They said they would bring the food out and the wait should be about 19 minutes, but they forgot about us. We ended up catching a driver on his way out who was able to help us. He went back in and brought our pizza out to us. I forgot his name, but he was top notch.

I ordered two pizzas online. The time said over an hour wait. The tracker said they were ready. So I headed to pick them up. I get there and they are looking for my pizzas. The guy was running around asking the kitchen staff about it. I showed it was ready according to the tracker. He looked again and no pizzas. He said they gave my order to someone else and they would make them again. They asked me to pull around front and they would bring it out to me. After 25 minutes of waiting, a driver was leaving and I asked him about it. He went in and grabbed my pizzas and apologized to me. Very nice driver and I don’t remember his name. The guy at the window never apologized, never offered to give a discount or to give a refund. Mind you were an hour and a half into ordering the pizzas….

This place is the WORST! THEY LITERALLY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE SO WE CAN PLACE AN ORDER! I used to order from them all the time. Never again. Tried over 10 times, for over the past hour! Whoever is in charge over there, managers and regional management, should be replaced. Absolutely awful to not even take an order. They do not want my business. Okay, you will never get it again. Go somewhere else. 0 stars. Sad, because they used to be great. Seriously, used to be the best. I will miss the pizza bowls.
