The help there is sorry. They shorted me change at drive thru. The mgr refunded me. My French fries were cold, they put mayo on my McDouble instead of ketchup, & got no napkins. They got the coke right.?

They forgot about delivering my order. I pulled into the mobile order stalls and entered my number. I received two messages that the order would ne out in 2-5 minutes. After watching cars come and go and realizing that over 20 minutes had passed since the last 2-5 minute message, I had to call them to remind them I was still there. When I called, my order was still sitting in the window. Luckily, the food was still fresh and hot.

I'm not sure if all McDonald's are bad now or if it's just this one...As a quick review:4/4 times I've ordered from here the bun is stale/hard and considering how much preservatives are in this food.. there's no excuse.4/4 time's I've ordered from here the meat is overcooked and tough.3/4 times I've ordered here the fries taste old... no matter what time of day I've come.4/4 time's I've ordered here the nuggets are overcooked/hard to eat2/4 time's I've ordered from here the soda is weak or watered downIs this the new standard for McDonald's? I used to love MCD but now they are usually the last place I want to go for a bite. The only thing that tastes good still is the ice cream cone but 1/4 times I've come they are out of cones... Also I've gotten food poisoning from here 2x.Is it just the MCD on county line road that's this bad? Please someone let me know cause I would love to go to a good MCD's.

Consistently the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. Maybe they're short staffed but after nearly 2 years every chance we give them it takes like 40 minutes just in the drive thru alone. Foods usually ok tho.

I have been in line over 5mins in the morning at 6:45 am had placed mobile order. Why no coffee at 6:45am? This is horrible management. I can understand waiting but no one was there when I pulled up. I will never spend my $$$ here again!!!

Whoever was on night shift on 1/1/24 lied straight to our faces telling us they were only accepting DoorDash orders. When we asked about online orders through the app the woman was condescending and repeated that she’s only accepting DoorDash orders. If you don’t want to work up until close, just say that. But lying in peoples faces is unacceptable.

Just took my son to buy a happy meal with a gift card he got for Christmas. This specific location was disgusting. Food all over the floor under the fry machine and burger stand. Food all over the counters as they worked and the whole kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. And it took about 25 minutes for them to make one happy meal when the store was not that busy.
