Was here on Easter Sunday while out of town for business. Drive thru was busy so I decided to go inside. There were about 4 people inside waiting for their food, and I soon was informed they were shorthanded this morning. Manager was up front bagging, drive thru girl was going as fast as she could, and looked like only 2 people in the kitchen. Patrons started getting loud, demanding their food, asking for a refund, etc. The Manager took it all, even being cursed at, with such grace and apologized. People are so mean. They were doing the best they could. Kudos to the young lady Manager for keeping her composure.

What has happened to McDonald's? The food and service is horrible now. How do they think it's ok to sell undercooked food or even old dried up food . Would they want to pay for it or feed it to their families. Not to mention that they can barely put all items in a bag. How hard is it to read a receipt? My 4 year old grandson could do better.

We had a birthday gathering here recently. I called 10 times in advance various days before but no one ever answered. We showed up and they actually did a great job. Not something you say about McDonald's employees anymore but they even came out to check on everyone. Great time for the kids.

This place is a daycare at best. If I could give negative stars, I would. We decided to go in the lobby after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru to order. When we went in, we saw the place a wreck, employees being loud, on their phones, an employee threw a tantrum and stormed off with the manager and another employee following him. After 10 minutes, they all decided to come back to work again. It took 22 minutes to get 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 10 nuggets. The shakes were the only thing that was tasty. The burgers were raw, the buns stale and cold, no sauce on the Big Mac. On top of all of that, an employee kept complaining about having to work and kept calling his manager " bro," even though the manager on duty was a lady....This place is by far the worst McDonald's with the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Go to Wendy's, Waffle House, IHOP, the next exit. ..Just don't go to this McDonald's.

Went through the drive through and ordered a sausage mcmuffin and a diet coke. Waited for 5 minutes and was told to pull into slot 4. Waited there for 10 more minutes and nothing. Went in and asked for my food or a refund and they piddled around and looked at my receipt for a minute and yelled back that they needed the mcmuffin. Waited another minute oand told them to forget about it I have to. go to work and left, no food or refund. There were about 4 other cars in the same situation. The place wasn't busy so I have no ideah what their problem is.
