I went to the new location at 1pm.. to try the new flavor.. they were already out. Tell me, why advertise a new item and not have it in stock??? They hadn't been open that long... so annoying ?

Very rude I asked for a item that was out at the time the young lady just turned around and headed to the back with out any suggestions on anything thing else. Once I did purchase a item she baged an dropped it on the counter not a good experience I will not go back I wish I would got her name.

The staff here are top notch, they're always extremely nice and give excellent service! The cakes are all amazing (my current favorite is the pumpkin spice flavor)! I've been here several times since it opened and have never been disappointed! Keep up the great work!

Having a Nothing Bundt Cake so close to me is dangerous ?. This used to be a treat for special occasions but nonetheless this store is clean and the customer service is on point. And the cakes are moist and the best dessert in town‼️

Had my first bundt cake 9/29, red velvet. Amazing flavor and so moist. I’ll be back! They were so busy, standing room only-squeezed inside. i can see why! Fairly priced and many tempting choices.

This is a cute, clean, well-organized store in the Clift Farms complex. It's a little tricky to navigate to. I missed it the first go round, and after looping around, pulled in just fine. I ordered the individual Bundtlets online, make my pickup time 3:00 and got there at 3:15. All I had to do was give the clerk my cell phone number and voila, she had the order all bagged up and ready to go. I got 3 each of chocolate chip and red velvet bundtlets to celebrate my sorority sister's birthday. They have a nice assortment of various celebratory paperware such as pretty birthday themed paper plates, and paper cups. They have cute candles and birthday cards for sale too. I'm happy this NBC is so close to home. You can't beat the convenience with the online ordering, and you cannot go wrong with any of their delicious treats! If you haven't tried NBC, please do! Your friends and family will thank you!
