Food was good the salsa was excellent and spicy . I would recommend it , it can get a bit hectic at lunch which took me almost a hour to get . I will go back and get some real Mexican food
At long last I found a Oaxaca food truck! I spend good amount of time in Oaxaca, so no matter what I had to stop and give this food truck a try. I ordered Memelitas de Al Pastor. What I received was more correctly Sopes de Al Pastor. The difference being primarily the shape and type of maíz used. Memelas (may-may-las) are thick oval shaped white corn tortilla.
