I normally come here and just get my usually which is a medium ocean water. Today I experienced the most horrible service ever from DESTINY. When I had received my drink it was mainly ice so I had asked her if she could make it again because it was too much ice. She SNATCHED the drink back, rolled her eyes and went to remake the drink. When she came back I told her to just refund me because I didn’t appreciate the attitude I was given. ( I was literally just on the intercom having my order placed, saying thank you and yes ma’am….!! Why the attitude? ) She snatched my card out my had and rolled her eyes again. She got her manager (I guess she didn’t know how to do a refund) the manager came to the window asked if I wanted the refund or she can remake the drink herself. She was very sweet so I let her remake my drink. I also asked for DESTINY’s name and told the manager her attitude was nasty for no reason and how she snatched my drink. All I did was ask for it to be remade, you literally put ice in a cup and soda in it….? Meanwhile DESTINY with her attitude is in the background calling me b.i.t.c.h multiple times. And her manager telling her and yelling at her a few times to stop, don’t do that in front of customers, and how she’ll have her clock out and walk him. So I’m assuming from the way she spoke to her they may be related or something of the sorts. I truly believe what happened today was completely unacceptable, uncalled for, and unnecessary. Never had an issue with this location until now. And with the way she acts towards customers I wouldn’t be surprised if people stop coming here. I’d rather take a 20-45 min drive to a different location then come back here. And yes I did call corporate immediately afterwards.

The food is terrible, and the service is worse.I live not a mile from the sonic and make it my duty to go to the one on county line. Unfortunately, the train got me this time, so I was forced to go to the one on Sullivan. My fries were like toothpicks, cold and dry. My burger was cold as well. My children’s pop corn chicken seemed as if they have been sitting out for house. The girl at the window had 0 customer service skills. If you can avoid this place, please do so.

I normally I go to the Sonic on County Line Road, but stopped at the Sullivan Street location because it was more convenient. I ordered the #18 Sausage, egg and cheese on brioche, tater tots, and a small Oreo Cheesecake Milkshake. The person who took the order was friendly. My sandwich was good. The shake and tater tots were not. I was really surprised because it took longer than normal to receive my order. I expected hot tater tots. What I received was crunchy inside and out, barely edible tater tots (think potato chips or Doritos). And the milkshake had the consistency of a milkshake that had been left on a counter for a while. More milk than shake if you get my drift. Shake & tater tots ended up in the garbage. I will not return to this location again.

Grumpy employees. Can’t order at a drive up. Tell you to pull around to the drive through. 15 mins later they still don’t take your order. These kids don’t care they are losing the owner so much business. Sonic will close down in this location soon for

Tried the Single Peanut Butter Bacon Burger with Peanut Butter Bacon Shake for my taste & my brother tried the Double Sonic Bacon Peanut Butter Burger with Peanut Butter Bacon Shake & it was okay except miscommunication for our drinks & waiting for a while was kind of terrible.
