I am sad to give such a low review but Sonic has recently changed their products. It's costs more & & tastes bad. The banana shakes no longer have real bananas but some gross fake banana flavor. The hot fudge has also changed to some low quality syrup. The last 3 times we went our order was wrong, even though the screen was correct. We are a family of 5. We use to enjoy going to Sonic for a trear but to spend $50 on these new & low quality items is just not worth it. I hope you go back to your original items. 3 of the 5 of us threw out our ice cream it was not edible.

Was told this was the best sonic in the area by multiple people and after several bad encounters with sonics in the area I can say on a scale of 1-5 the store gets a meets expectations and seeing as my expectations were set to hot food that I ordered thats not actually a compliment.Food was delivered quick and the staff was pleasant however I got the wrong burger and no condiments for tots or corn dog. They got the requested items replaced quick and the manager delivered my replacement burger with an apology but combine the experience with food that at best tastes meh I would still avoid.

Steer clear of this place. Like most of the other fast food places off of County Line, this place is really low quality. They have a Security guard now standing by because teenagers keep getting into fights or trouble, constant police in and out. Someone's even been killed here before during a drug deal. Sometimes they mess orders up and it looks like they can't keep any of their employees for very long.

Ordered a chili cheese tot, it said chili cheese tots on the screen, but when we received our order it was regular tots. Told them it was suppose to be chili cheese tot, came back and wanted to charge us more because of their mistake. Really? The service at this location has gotten pretty bad and not to mention this isn't the first time they have messed up our order, but the first time they wanted us to pay for it.

The waitress that brought my food was great however, the one that took my order was just okay. My tater tots were barely warm. I just like warm fresh food! Also have me the wrong food.

Used to come here almost every week about 2 years ago and it was incredible! My food was always out on time, it was always cooked to perfection, and the employees were extremely considerate. I looked forward to coming here every time. Well I hadn't been back in about half a month and they had almost an entirely new employee team. These employees have been rude, inconsiderate, and don't seem like they have a care in the world about their job. The burgers are mostly soggy, their fries are cold, and they're servers are awful. I do not recommend going here for now. I'm hoping that in the near future, this Sonic will become better, not worse.

I normally stop by here prior to picking my son up from school. I always get the same thing, cup of ice. Lately, I’ve been finding bugs at the bottom of my cup. I took a chance and stopped today and found an ant towards the middle. Somebody should really clean out the ice machine.

There was an older lady that works at sonic she was going around putting notes on cars and my car was one of them. She threatened to tow my car if I didn’t move it. I was with my car when she put the note there. She needs an attitude adjustment. This isn’t the first thing i’ve heard that she’s done while customers are there. I’ve heard she’s chased people out with a broom and yells at customers.
