My fiance had a worker make our food order wrong which we ordered online. She refused to fix it that night. She is the same worker who basically accused my fiance of getting a free sandwich which was a lie and I will never again give my business to this store on count of the absolute disrespect.

I have been going to this place for a long time. And today has shaped this store for me. I placed an online order and all of my sandwiches had cheese on them. I picked up my food and only one of my sandwiches has cheese on them. I called the store and spoke to the manager and informed him that I would not be able to come back today. He argued back and forth with me and my mother that he had to see the sandwiches before he could do anything. He also put them man on the phone who claimed to make the sandwiches, he said his manager would roll the cameras back and take pictures of him putting cheese on and I said I will have my pictures with my sandwiches without cheese. At the end of the day we were pretty much accused of trying to get free sandwiches from subway when we just wanted what we paid for. All of that said to say I will never be returning to this subway if I can help it, they have lost a loyal customer of six years to bad customer service and poor managerial staff

I've tried to order through Uber Eats on 2 different occasions, and have had them cancelled without fail both times. Same excuse too: "Ran out of an ingredient." Who runs out of ingredients for a BLT?

We love Subway and have gotten delicious food from this location BUT the last two times we got sandwiches, the bread was hard. So hard in fact that when I thumped it, you could hear it. Unexceptable.

I come here regularly, the food is good and the staff is always polite, Vincent even remembers my order and I'm sometimes out the door in less than two minutes.

Awful subway... won't let you use any of the coupons any other subway does, staff is extremely rude and act like you arnt even there. I recommend going to any other subway or sandwich shop around

I should be leaving more positive reviews, consider how much I go to this location. Unfortunately bad memories stick better than good ones. I left two stars because it wasn’t the employees fault the system was down but, I was upset that the cashier wouldn’t work with me. The cashier told me the system was down, because it kept declining my card. The cashier told me it happened earlier, told me to wait while the system restarted. I waited 45 minutes or so. I told the the cashier I’ll give you 20$ cash it’s all the cash that I have, if you let me leave now. My total was 23$ and some change. The cashier said “ I’m sorry, the owner is on the way.” I’ve already waited so long though. I told her, “ look I’ve waited so long already, the food is cold. I don’t want it to go to waste.” Still the cashier suggested to take it home and come back and pay. I lived too far away for all that. I just left. I hope the owner reads this and gets the system fixed.

I actually took a break from going here for awhile. Not because it's a bad place, but Subway stopped having roast beef for quite some time so it ruined my favorite club sandwich. Now that they've got roast beef back I'll likely start going back again. The service is as fast and friendly as it has always been since I moved into the area four years ago and more importantly my favorite sandwich is back to normal as well.

This subway does not honor the coupons that they send in the mail. It's false advertising and a waste of time. Customer service was subpar in explaining why they would not take their own coupon. I do not recommend this place.
