Wow! The ice cream here is sooooo good. The service is a little slow because they are literally making the ice cream after you order, but it is so fresh and delicious (definitely a difference to other ice cream shops). The people working were so nice too!

Rolls of vanilla ice cream made on a -13 cold plate. Add your own ingredients, but the portions of add ins are sparse. The staff was excellent, beginning with the order taker explaining the process and the makers smiling while they create your order. Been in this location for 4 years. A little pricey, but a different take on ice cream.

Raw cookies for me and my family to eat and become sick6/21/2023 once again you all sent raw peanut butter sugar cookies and mm. This is the third time you all sent these cookies. I can’t stress it enough that someone can seriously get very sick. They are in deed raw undercooked it is not the dough

This place is absolutely amazing! My girlfriend said she wanted rolled ice-cream but didn't know where to get it. When it comes to ice-cream I am extremely hesitant because I have a severe peanut/tree-nut allergy. 9/10 times I am not able to eat at most ice-cream shops because of cross-contamination etc. After looking up and discovering Sweet Charlies I simply gave them a call, and from the start I was reassured on how they take extra precautions when it comes to allergies such as mine. They stated how they use a different table top and clean spoons that haven't been used throughout the day yet. This was awesome for myself because I was able to confidently try rolled ice-cream for the first time with no worries in my head. If you have a peanut/tree-nut allergy and are worried about what icecream shops you can choose from, this is the one right here. On top of all that there icecream was amazing, we will definitely be back!
