I ordered combo 6 earlier at the drive thru and the chalupa shells were hard as a rock when I took a bite. It tells me that they are serving old/ stale food. No wonder it took less than 1 minute when I pulled at the window. They already had them pre packed I supposed to speed up the service at the expense of the food quality. I also just live 1 mile away and the food shouldn’t be that hard. Please serve better quality food. Paying $15 during this recession is unacceptable for the worth of the food

It's worth it to drive across town and go to the other Taco Bell, or go to a real Mexican food restaurant. $7.00 for a veggie Mexican pizza is insane. I spent $14.00 and didnt even get any meat?♀️

Now Bro listen to me good. I used to work at this ABSOLUTE RAT- HOLE?? for 3+ years. Worst job I've ever had. I WOULDN'T go back for all of king midises silver. Not for ALL the tea in ALL of China. Not for ALL the gold. In all of the world of the entire universe could you EVER pay me enough money. ( and I'm talking I don't care if they bumped up the pay to a $100+ an hour rate AND they paid me daily. The food quality and service aren’t any worse than any other TB by any means. I’ve had items left out in the past, but I’ve come to expect that with large orders from any location. My problem is that this one charges more per item than any other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. $7+ for a freaking Mexican pizza is ridiculous when other locations are charging 20-40% less. The majority of their items are marked up compared to other Taco Bells

This Taco Bell is the best one I have been to in a very long time. The food was marvelous, I didn't leave one bite. The 5 layer Burrito was so good. This is the first time I tried the Doritos Taco Supreme. It was delicious. I'll definitely order it again. Kudos to Madison Blvd Taco Bell. Thank you?

When me and my sister was ordering our dinner last night our tacos they were disgusting and they were very cold and I didn’t need any of them and y’all need to get someone that will work better there everything that we had was very cold very nasty and Taco Bell is discussing it’s not clean or nothing it’s not sterilized like y’all should keep it clean but it’s very disgusting And I wasn’t very happy with my meal last night. It was cold and it was nasty. I will not go to that Taco Bell. No more y’all rating is a zero.
