You want authentic street tacos, this is your place! The tacos were a perfect size and a perfect meat / tortilla ratio, oftentimes I find there isn't enough meat and the tortillas are too big and thick.I especially liked that the sauces came in packets, extremely convenient and the flavor was still there.The price is equivalent to other taco places. I will definitely eat here again!

We love El Cazador! I'm one to branch out, but the veggie burrito here is my constant. The service is fast, the food is made-to-order and fresh. It's delicious and reasonably priced. They are all over town and I think I w been to just about all of them! It's a good truck, so don't expect sit down service, but they do have tables and a covered seating area. Pro tip: order extra pickled veggies- a must!

Ordered nachos with birria and a side of queso, all of it was so bland?? Birria bland and not much of it, queso bland. Chip we're also a bit stale. For $19.05 this was awful.

This has to be my favorite location for this chain in all of Madison County. I always feel like I'm getting extra special tacos here. I always get two birria tacos then randomly get other meats. The salsa packets are sometimes hard to rip open but they're worth the effort. If you want the best tacos in all of Madison County you have to stop here.

I love their quesabirria tacos except that I always ask for no onions and they put them there anyway so I spend time picking out onions but I still love them!

Absolutely love this spot - quick, easy, affordable dinner that has the perk of being delicious! The birria tacos are 100% the way to go - so full of flavor, juicy, and the dipping sauce is meaty and delicious! On that note the quesadilla with birria is also delicious, incredibly filling - and yes definitely worth trying! The street tacos are great, juicy, fresh tasting meat - I tried the lengua, spicy pork, and carve asada - all great, but are not the showstoppers. The red salsa is really good, it's a little spicy and perfect addition to the tacos. All in all great place, and I'll be back for the birria!
