I am watching these Wendy’s commercials. My thinking… Wendy’s instead of spending $$ on that spend your money for a decent crew in your stores. Your workers are either sorry as can be or your managers don’t manage.

This was an Apple pecan salad the lettuce was on bottom was rotten. I hope I can show how bad I will never eat there again . No pecans in bag ,had to ask for Crackers.my husband Dave’s double was raw, bake potato was cold.We paid high price to be treated like this

One of the workers hollered 2 in the door as me and my two sons entered the door like if she didn’t want us there the drive thru was full mind you I was driving a over size vehicle if not I probably would have went through the drive thru this did uptime so I turned around and walked out and one of my boys cried because he wanted to eat here
Came here around 12 and nobody was in the building and I seen an employee parked out front in his Mazda taking a nap.

Waited in line for 27 minutes just for someone to come on the speaker and say please hold a minute. Then 6 minutes later he came back on and said please continue to hold then we wait another 3 minutes and he comes back on the speaker And says sorry we are short staff we are closing for the night. We said oh your closing now he said yes and we didn't get to order this was at 630 in the afternoon.

Staff was very rude. The manager told one of the employees not to make eye contact with the people out front. Food and ice was on the floor behind the counter. Just to clean at all. We left before ordering!!!
