Lets talk about one of the most underrated restaurants. Whataburger has great food, open 24 hours, and you can get whatever you want whenever you want it. The staff is like a well oiled machine. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. The stores are always super clean. Don't believe me, compare it to any McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King and see for yourself. To me, they are the KING of fast food, and can even compete with some of the other fine dining restaurants. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, service, and products. Best of the best.

We have tried three times now. Each time, I tried at a time it shouldn't be too busy. Each time it took over 20-25 minutes with about 4-5 cars in front of me. I never expect my food right away but they always seem unprepared, overwhelmed, or of no concern.How do you expect this place to last when you bring in maybe $20 every ten minutes?

I recently visited your drive-thru and encountered a series of disappointing service lapses. Initially, I spent an unexpected amount of time at the order point without any acknowledgment from the staff. Subsequently, I proceeded to the service window, where I experienced an additional delay. During this time, I observed staff members engaged in a personal conversation, seemingly unaware of my presence.After a significant wait, my order was taken and prepared. Unfortunately, the final disappointment came when I received my meal, only to discover that it was not what I had ordered. To address this issue, I attempted to contact your establishment by phone but was unable to get through.I believe in constructive feedback and hope that sharing this experience will prompt a review and improvement of the service protocols at your drive-thru, ensuring that future customers receive prompt and accurate service.

It only has mustard on it. It’s dry the french fries or Old was telling me it It was good. It was good hamburgers better than y’all. $12 that’s ridiculous. Sorry but I wasn’t impressed.
Honest to God one of the best fast food chains out there the only upside to it getting sold is locations out of Texas. Food was amazing made quickly and the staff were very nice. Store was very clean and orderly.
