The lady that dealt with my husband charged over 30 dollars per sandwich and then when I went in to cancel the order and get a refund the woman proceeded to lie to my face and basically say that she would get fired over the food. Another woman walked over and she basically said the woman fighting with me was married to the owner. Long story short I called her out on lying to me about it and forced her to give me a refund. Ridiculously overpriced food and the audacity to lie to me to try to keep me from getting our money back. The order was over 70 dollars. I will never ever come back here and in all honesty I hope she did get in trouble for that because no where on their menu does it say how much extra meat and cheese are and when she rung my husband up she DID NOT tell him the price. He didn't see how much he spent until after she ran his card.If I could give a negative rating I would. This place is absolutely absurd.Don't forget to read the menu fully. There is a tiny spot where if you aren't 100% satisfied with your order and want a refund, they absolutely have to give it to you.Also, be prepared to have to fight to get your refund, the owner's wife argued with me for at least 20 mins about this. I don't care. I will not support a business who price gouges people.The only thing superior about this place is their superiority complex thinking their basic subway ingredients are golden and worth an arm and a leg.

****Don't order catering through the website****My online order wasn't received until the next day and some further confusion exacerbated the issue that resulted in an unfulfilled catering order. However, the manager was very professional and provided great customer service while calling back to resolve the issue. If you need catering, call their location directly.

Highly impressed with everything! The food was good and the service was second to none. I chose the wicked with all the veggies it could hold. Very delicious! This restaurant is situated in a Shell gas station. However, this is no ordinary service station. Most have just a few pumps, drinks (both hard and soft), and a few snacks. This was not that! There was an ENTIRE grocery store in there! Name it and they probably had it. So if you’re in the area needing fuel for both you and your car you would remiss the chance to grab a sandwich from Which Which!Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian sandwich is called the garden party but you can just get a salad if you wish.Wheelchair accessibility: I didn’t spot a spot in the entire place that a person in a wheelchair would have any problems accessing.

Another sandwich in the bag, score for Which wich. This place is slowly getting removed from Alabama areas and there used to be a Which wich near Highway 280 in Hoover/Birmingham so I always come here. They have a wide variety of different sandwiches like Subway and you can build your own just the way you like, best part of all, it's in a gas station, woo yeah!!

If I could give 0 stars I would because this place is dirty & pathetic!!!!! I was recommended by a friend to try this place out but after I placed my order I saw a roach crawling on the wall and one the workers touching sandwiches with no gloves I was utterly disgusted I didn’t even cause a scene so I just got my sandwich and threw it away cause it ruined my appetite!07/08/23

What can I say? It's just an overall better sandwich place than Subway for me (just ever so slightly). They have many different sandwiches to choose from compared to Subway, which I only get 1 and when I was here I got myself an Ultimate BLT, it was just bacon mixed with avocado, lettuce and pepper jack cheese so not too shabby, give it a try!

Sandwiches are very good here. Slightly pricey but good. My biggest issue is the online ordering. I think it only functions properly 1/5 tines. It's a gamble if you use the app and the store actually gets your order before you arrive. The easiest way to fix that is to have the order auto print or have a chime that functions as a notification for the online order...it sucks coming here and waiting 20 min because your order didn't hit their machine
