The young lady that helped me was so sweet and kind, and extremely patient with me because it was my first time coming to this store and took me a second to figure out how to order, lol! Loved it, will be back! Great service and great sandwiches!

She was very rude and I asked for a Philly xheesesteak and she said yell didn't serve them any more so I filled out a bag for something else and then realized Philly was up there on menu and I said to her I thought tall didn't do Philly anymore and she just made this face and then I'd she wasn't on her little ear things she ouldcw done her job then she was slow about doing the job to make the sandwich

I will revise this if I can ever try the place! 2nd visit. No food yet.It's not the employees fault. Stood in line (I was the only one) for almost 10 minutes while the employee was making sandwiches and not able to take my order.So this is to the employer, ...I'd like to try your food someday. Please get the customer service tightened so I can order!
Really good sandwiches and fries (when their machine works) and they offer military discounts. They need more workers (just like all the other businesses) so don't be in too much of a hurry, especially if their are customers before you.

I went through the drive thru last week. A guy by the name of Louie helped me. He was very nice, polite, friendly and professional. I ordered a Turkey Sub my order was hot, fresh and correct. I couldn't ask for anything better...I will definitely be back

I haven’t had Which Wich in years and was excited to move to Madison and have one so close. Went here last night and tried the drive through. First off, the technology is pretty cool with the touch screen order board. However, that’s where the good experience ended. The screen said “order and pay” though there definitely want a way to pay at the end. That was confusing. Pulled up to the drive thru window after an awkward moment of trying to figure that out. No one was in the restaurant portion of the store. I could hear a chime going off inside clearly alerting the employees that someone was sitting in the drive thru. Still, no one came. I understand being busy in a multi-purpose store like that but no one ever came. We tried calling the store. No answer. After 15 minutes of just sitting at their drive thru window, watching the employees ignore the alarm, we just left. I will not be coming back.
