Whoever the female was working there at 3:45am early Sunday morning very horrible customer service and a very bad attitude. All because I wanted 2 fountain drinks that I’ve gotten there before through the drive thru!! I wouldn’t recommend going here anytime especially when this specific individual is working. Very poor experience

I've been here three times & I am in love! First time I tried an iced vanilla latte w/oat milk.. really good, not overly sweet. Second time I tried an Iced white bison mocha w/oat milk & now I'm hooked! Seriously so tasty! Rose let me know they have a point system and waited for me to sign up before charging me (I was flustered and probably taking more time than I'd like in the drive thru) it was very sweet of them to be patient and not make me feel like a burden! I'll be a new regular here, for sure.

My wife and I ordered a caramel frappuccino and a ginger snap latte and were both pleased with our order! The employees were friendly and our drinks were ready pretty quickly. The price and taste is comparable to any other coffee shop in the area. The outdoor seating area looked awesome but it was too cold for us to utilize that space. I like that it is 24 hours. It will be a great place to stop by when traveling on the road. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

The drive thru and customer service is horrid. Never gets the coffee right. Never gives you what you ask for. Rude when you ask for them to correct it. After multiple visits and unfortunate let downs- I can’t wait to try the new Dutch bros!

Fiancé and I went to White Bison Coffee, it was right next to our hotel (on our way down to Florida!) and needed our morning coffee before the long drive down.I got the fat free iced caramel latte and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese english muffin. The Latte was good, it is comparable to Blue Print Coffee in St. Louis to me. The turkey sausage sandwich tastes exactly like the one at Starbucks. Overall mine was okay, not great, but not terrible.My fiancé got the iced caramel macchiato and the sausage, egg and cheese on ciabatta. His drink was very tasty, plenty of caramel, SO GOOD! The sandwich was very good. Fiancé loved his meal and said “it doesn’t sit in the stomach like a lot of place’s breakfast sandwiches! That’s how you know it’s good!”I would definitely be interested in trying this place out again. I interested in trying that waffle chicken sandwich! And maybe I’ll get the macchiato next time!

Was visiting the Madison/Huntsville area for a few short days and decided to try this shop. Customer service was definitely top tier, and the coffee was served by the barista with a smile. She was very friendly and recommended some great drinks.

We come in all the time probably 2-3 times a week. Everybody used to be very friendly and good customer service. Now not so much. I overheard one the girls say "they come in here all the time, then she rolled her eyes" this is very unprofessional and bad customer service. We wont be told when we come or not. However, now it probably will not.

Stop by gas station it in to get food because the crackers barrel was so bad we didn't eat food and was hungry. Seen them inside and they served coffees and breakfast. So order from them. Staff was nice and food was great. If I came back to area I get breakfast there.
Stopped here mainly for a restroom break. Restrooms were very clean. Tried the Chicken waffle breakfast sandwich and I was thoroughly impressed. It was hot, fresh and delicious!

I always go to Starbucks I thought I'd give White Bison a try the coffee was luke warm I asked the barista if she could warm heat it up a bit, she said sure and dumped 20% of my brand new drink out heated it and handed it back to me. Ma'am I'd like my full drink I paid for.

Rude baristas. Didn't make my drink properly so I went through the drive thru to have it remade, nicely. When I asked to have it remade I was given attitude over the speaker and at the window. As a former barista I know what the drink I ordered was supposed to taste like. Will not be visiting this location again.

I was very impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service but then entering the bathroom facilities, I was unable to find a stall that was clean enough to use. It appeared it had been a while since they were cleaned and serviced. If the bathrooms were held to the same standard this would be a great stop.
