honestly very disappointed. paid over $20 for a wrap that fits in the palm of our hand, barely anything in it. and a salad missing many things. not near as good as other locations.

We took the time out of are day to go up to subway to get 3 footloose. We had a coupon which was valid but they refused to honor the coupon. The ladies excuse was that the other subways were not taking them either. The manager or owner needs to understand not all of the customers that comes in has the money to waste on gas. Why scam people just to get them thru your door and then why be rude about someone calling u out on the scam. This was a disappointment but until subway does something about there franchises nothing will chane

Passing through from Florida to Tuscaloosa for the Alabama/Texas game. Decided to stop here. Tay-una has the patience of a saint! Not only was it obvious she was training the other staff member-she also was running circles on the Subway line ON TOP OF successful dealing with a difficult customer. Through college, I’ve worked in the tourist industry, so I can spot a difficult customer from a mile away. Just so happened there was one behind me. Tay-una never broke stride when the customer said, “the spinach was wilted” (it wasn’t-I’m eating my sandwich with spinach on it now, and it’s great!), they didn’t see Tay-una put a particular sauce on their sandwich (Tay-una did-everyone saw, but Tay-una politely asked them if they wanted more sauce), and, when I was cashing out and read back my order that happened to have bacon on it, difficult customer said, “You didn’t put bacon on my sandwich, did you?!?” I’m shaking my head no at this point while Tay-una assured the customer, far more politely that I would have, that their sandwich did not; in fact, have bacon on it.Give this woman a raise!

I pur 1 star because there isn't an option for no stars. The absolute worst subway I have ever been to employe wise. These were the rudest employees ever. Hell they didn't even make my sandwich right. The girl making the sandwich was making snarky comments about a regular customer saying "he talks too much". But what ever. Just don't ask for tomatoes because she adds mayonnaise. And don't ask for just a little mustard because she will be sure that's all you get.

I left T-Town heading home and I wanted a Subway. I knew I would pass on 82 so I was excited. I go in the young lady had a nasty attitude. She was making herself a sandwich at the same time she was making mine and switched my sandwich with hers. When I told her she laughed and was like that's mine when clearly I watched her. Then when I told her I did not want a lot of condiments she but a lot on it anyways. Needless to say I will not be stop at this location again.
