Drive thru worker (gay male) VERY RUDE AND MOUTHY. ASKED ME TO HOLD AS SOON AS I GOT TO THE SPEAKER TO ORDER, WHICH WAS FINE. So I wait 3 or 4 mins and then I simply ask " umm am I still waiting?" RUDELY HE STAMMERS , UGH YES AND AND sarcastically says thanks for choosing Jack's. So I'm like ok. And wait again 3 4 minutes and say AGAIN,AM I STILL WAITING? HE SCREAMS MAAM IVE BEN WAITING ON YOU. MOVE ALONG, I ORDER AND ASK FOR TOTAL, " YOULL GET IT AT WINDOW!!! SMH I ASK FOR MANAGER SHE'S PLEASANT and understanding. But his SASSY BEHIND STANDING OVER HER SHOULDER LIPS SUCKED IN AND ARMS CROSSED!!! UGHH CHICK-FIL-A WOULD NEVER!!!

This Jacks has absolutely one of the worst customer services than any Jacks around here. They walk around with ear buds in their ears and when we tried to place our order we were greeted with "Huh"... so RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!!PLEASE give these employees a class on respect, customer service and how to greet customers!!It would have been approximately a $50-60.00 order but we ended up leaving & going to KFC!Very Disappointed! At least when Rudy was there, customers were taken care of & respected!

They can barely get any order right. Our last straw was getting a 4 piece chicken dinner with fries and mashed potatoes and a fried pie. They left out all sauce, only gave us 3 chicken fingers and somehow managed to mistake green beans for fries. The green bean juice got all into the bag WITH THE PIE IN IT and the pie was soaked with green bean juice. As well as the other food. This is only the tip of the iceberg of how wrong they get these orders. Usually we do check but I was in a rush. Every single time we went, something is wrong with the order. It’s just one of the closest food places from where I live. Another order I added is where it looks like they just tossed my order all around and I’m glad I checked cause they almost forgot my mashed potatoes. It’s like these folks at this jacks don’t read the orders they are making, it’s the only jacks I strongly dislike.
You can never get waited on if you go inside because they're always worried about the drive-thru also the food is like it's old and the quality is just
