0/10. the last 2 times i’ve been here they’ve forgotten food/drinks. also, my food was undercooked. 17$ for one plate of butterfly shrimp is ridiculous, especially when they forget your drinks!!!

I keep trying to give this location a chance because it's closest to us, but once again it failed. Although the lady at the window was very nice, all the items of food were not good. The fish was delicious but the BROCCOLI was awful (picture below). I don't even know what that is --- it was all dried up and BROWN, not fresh at all..sorry but we will not be coming back ?

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not be returning to this location. When we walked in, the woman at the counter taking orders said, “you have 2 minutes to order because I have something to do.” We should have turned around and walked out, but we thought she was joking. She rushed the entire ordering process and was extremely rude the whole time. She was too busy trying to socialize in the lobby.After sitting down to eat, I picked up a hush puppy and the bottom looked like it had had a bite taken out of it. I took it to the counter and was told “it broke apart.” I have no proof that it had a bite taken out of it, but it looked like it. At this point I don’t even want to finish my food.Awful experience. Avoid this location!!

Rude service. One of the worst problems you can have as a business owner, is an employee who chases off your customers! NEVER coming back nor recommending anybody to this location.

Well where do we start keep giving this location a chance but once again today I get all way home and no fish was even in my fish n shrimp meal and no one EVERRRR ANSWERS where I can even get it fixed .literally every few mths I go it’s been something different now the staff today at window was nice I’ll say that!! But they close early all time before their closing time, or they say oh we’re outta this n that often, foods not the best quality like PRATTVILLE location and sometimes you’ll sit at speaker forever like the longest I sat one time was like 15 min only because we tea were craving Captn ds n we finally got to order. I grew up here and this didn’t used to be this way . I really wish they would consider all these awful reviews and make a change whether it be staff or management’s or whatever but that’s why they’re not getting much business these days dear owner please please fix it so we can have our Captn ds back I’d go to PRATTVILLE but it’s 30 min away . So also how do you reach anyone because I still need this order fixed I just sat down to eat and no fish AT ALL

This was without a doubt, the worst meal ever!!! Two tiny catfish filets, a portion of broccoli so small that it didn't touch the side walls of the Styrofoam container, no hush puppies and an ovrrdone baked potato so riddled with black spots that I threw away half of nasty thing. When I tasted it, I tossed the whole potato out. They forgot the usual servings of butter and sour cream. Never going back!

Just waited for almost 10 minutes. No one ever said anything!! No nothing!! I had a terrible experience about 6 months ago, I thought by now ,surely they would do better. Doing better???? The answer is a resounding NO.

I just left from the drive thru and sat at the order speaker for 15 minutes to discover that one of the employees was outside sitting in her car talking on her phone while the cook was laying across the seats the dining area while the drive person ( Keriana) was sitting next to the cook. This Captain D’s always closes a couple hours early on numerous occasions. Today was the last day I was going to let this behavior kill this business.

my order today : 1st they gave me a large sweet tea then told me to give it back. wrong size after I handled it and set it in my cup holder. I get home with the rest of my drive-thru order and they had originaly put another side in the to go plate and dipped it out. It was maybe potato salad or coleslaw because it still had stuff in it. they put my fries in a seperate container. that was good. then the sweet and sour pkts were all squished with the outside covered with sauce. it will be a while before I choose Captain D's again. it used to be a great little seafood place!! not anymore. they messy!!

This by far is one of the Best Captain D's I've eaten at. My well done grilled fish was cooked perfect. Sweet tea was delicious. Employees were on task, working, Very friendly. Can't say enough about how great this lunch was!

Walk in .. employee screamed at me and said ' drive thur only " !! No sign on door , not one customer inside or at drive thur!!! VERY RUDE!! Put sign on door if your employee's don't want to work!!! Will NEVER be back !!
