This was a very convenient place to stop, drive thru, pick up and go. We ordered some of their basic fair: mostly roast beef sandwiches and dome chicken nuggets. The lady running the drive through was very patient and helpful. She answered question our satisfaction. We were in and out on about 5 minutes or so.Parking: There were not a lot of parking spot because this Arby's was more like a "grab-n-go"
By far the best Arby's I've been in, in mobile. Very friendly service and the tables were clean!

The customer service is trash.I was told to come inside to order…WHY? I’m not sure cause it’s funny u telling people to come inside to order. Then when I did they workers was having a full argument about who working and who not…..so this why yall not taking orders outside cause yall arguing inside. And not to mention I was told by the “shift leader” that another reason why yall stop takin driver thru orders is because “a register” ….. at this point ur better of going next door to McDonald’s.Ya I don’t recommend this place of business and the customer service is very unprofessional and ghetto…. I thought it was no place worse than McDonald’s….but it is…it’s called Arby’s which explains why I NEVER see anybody in the drive thru…which is exactly why yall won’t seeMe there EVER again.

I have ordered a French dip from this location 10 times. They gave me the actual dip 2 out of 10 times. Horrible service, long waits, and drinks that taste like straight carbonated water. Some of the worst service I've had at a fast food joint.

Every time I try and go here to get food they are never open and no one will answer the phone. So I am giving this a 1 star rating due to them saying they open but they never are. If they are permanently closed then they need to update google to say this. Tired of trying to get a sandwich from here and being disappointed when I get there.
BRUHHH.... I understand fast food workers aren't paid enough to deal with a lot of what they deal with, but man... if you accept the job, at least do the bare minimum. I came through the drive thru last Sunday night 10/22/23 at 8pm having just got off work myself. I got rushed to order because I was waiting to be acknowledged at the speaker. Then, the girl couldn't be bothered to get off the phone gossiping with her friend through the whole interaction. She dropped my change out the window not even trying to get it to my hand and I was too close to the window to open my door all the way to try to get it so It had dispersed and blown away by the time i could try to get it. She didn't even acknowledge it. Just kept talking on the phone and shut the window. Then, when I got my food all shoved in one bag, she just kinda shoved it to me and shut the window (still on the phone). I waited a minute because I wasn't sure if I had got the whole order. I had to wave to get her to look my way to ask if I had everything. She said yes and shut the window. I don't what the heck half of it was, but it wasn't what i ordered. It looked like they took a tiny piece of old dried turkey lunch meat , tore it in 3 pieces, slapped it on expired rolls to make some really pitiful excuses for sandwiches and wadded it up in some paper. I didn't order any turkey anything.... I ordered Buffalo chicken sliders. Man, I get that some days you just don't want to be at work, but I didn't treat her any kind of way to be treated so rude and careless. I didn't bother trying to get it fixed because I know I'd just get more of the same. The cook on duty was absolutely doing their job though. Everything else was hot and fresh. I believe the order taking employee just didn't care or pay enough attention to put in the correct order. Good grief. If I'm the customer and I have enough respect to get off the phone while ordering, I would think the employee could do the same

Mozzarella sticks are the best bar none but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! 12 shouldn't be $13. But I'll admit they are the most delicious of all.Vegetarian options: Their slogan is literally"Arby's, WE HAVE THE MEAT" So, nuf said. ?

Why is the credit card machine always down Between the times 10;00 pm Sometimes 9 pm Every time I go there ,and how are you always out of beef around these times
