Outstanding service!! ??I got the mini pretzel dogs, they're delicious!!! I did have to wait for them to make them fresh but soooo worth the wait!! Amazing customer service!!! Will be back again!! ? They're just genuinely nice people here!!?
Went in there asked the girl was the pretzels fresh because they were sitting in the warmer bagged up she said yes no longer than 15 or 20 minutes. Got to the car opened the bag they were burnt to a crisp threw half of it to the birds couldn't chew it. I went back in and told her the 2 rude young girls working there said they would make another I walked off and came back the other girl said I can't give you one you ate half of it i didn't I threw it in the parking lot it was clearly not edible to eat. I asked to speak to the mng she said its me very rude horrible customer service.

The girl said it was a fresh batch. It didn't taste fresh and they just didn't have that normal Auntie Anne's taste that I crave for. I was very dissatisfied and wanted the Auntie Anne's taste that I love so much. I won't be buying from that Auntie Anne's again.

I recently went here to get the mini prezel dogs, she said they had none cooked so I was about to leave. She basically talked me into the regular prezel dogs ha ha and a srawberry lemonade, she was the sweetest person ever, very outgoing she needs a raise, she basically talked me into staying which is excellent business!! Will most definitely be coming back and she was right their lemonade is good!!! Thanks a lot! :)
