We have been dining with Bonefish Mobile for many years and have always enjoyed it. We moved from Mobile in 2020 but return often and always eat in or take out. Five months ago we were in town and ordered take out to eat at our hotel room but there was a minor mess up in the order. So I called to let them know and talked with the manager David and he said come on by and I will completely replace the meal. I told him because of time restraints we would not be able to this trip. He gave me his personal text #and said when you are back in town I will replace your entire meal at no cost. Returning to town most recently; I contacted David but he said that he would not be at the restaurant when I wanted to order so he gave me Heather Halls name and that she would take care of me. Well Heather did take care of me! Everything I reordered was perfect! The bang bang shrimp, crab cake, salad were perfect. She treated me as if I were a VIP. In all our years of dining out we have never been treated so special. Thank you Bonefish...the food...the service...the VIP treatment. But it is the VIP treatment that will bring us back again and again.

My favorite place! The food is always quality and very nice atmosphere.
No burgers...although the menu had one listed, they were 'out'. Mahi was extremely dry and over cooked. No glutton free items and everyone's salads tasted like they were prepared the day before. Not worth a 1/10th of the price. Our waiter was nice, but slow.
