I cannot make this up, what you see is exactly what I found in my fries and what’s worse it was even warm… it’s metal. I immediately took the food back to the restaurant and just wanted a refund for my order. Easy I got my refund but that wasn’t what set me off, I asked to speak to a manager because you know I thought they’d wanna be informed this happened and take measures to be ensure quality control and is completely hazardous if it was cooking in the fry oil or something of that nature. Manager came up and took the metal piece out and asked me what it was , she didn’t lose me yet, I just told her I had no idea and would just like a refund, as she’s issuing me the refund , she proceeds to try to hand the food back to me and said I could keep it… that’s where she lost me. To be honest she didn’t even seemed too concerned about it. Will never eat there again.

Our server was MaryJane. She was phenomenal! We had a large party, mostly children. She was prompt and served with a smile. If you decide to visit this location, ask for MaryJane. She will not disappoint.

The waitress was super friendly and offered to make me a Shirley temple even though they did not have cherry soda. The service was phenominal

I visited this location on Veteran’s Day only to be told that I MUST dine in. I don’t know why these restaurants require Veterans to dine in. They have no idea what that will do to some Veterans. A noise, smell, etc., could cause a Vet to react violently or negatively which could lead to someone being hurt. Why risk it? Many Veterans don’t visit certain restaurants because of this stupid requirement. Further, the dining environment may not be suitable for all medical conditions such as back pain sufferers. I refuse to frequent restaurants that force Veterans to dine in on Veterans Day or any other day.

Didn't even get seated. They had a few big parties come in so everyone else had to sit and wait until they were done even though half the tables in there were empty. If you don't have a big party here don't bother because you don't matter.

We sat February 1st for about 45 minutes waiting on someone to take are order nobody never came and tables around us was getting seated and there orders were already being taken this Buffalo Wild Wings has gone down hill since last time I was here. So we ended up walking out. Seriously management should be walking
