I ordered online, went through the drive thru, got home & saw that I didn’t get 2 of the sides I ordered or any condiments. Tried calling only to find out the number is either not in service or not working & the contact page on the site is not available. I’m not going back up there cuz its raining & I live a good ways away. Its frustrating as hell & I wish I didn’t have to leave a review just to get some kind of contact.

It was not the quality it was a few years ago. Fish simply taste no better than getting a box of frozen battered fish&baking in the oven. Disappointed. And the rice sitting forever was so dried out. I question if it was even cooked. Green beans tasted bad. So, a $40 family meal was pricey and unedible, except for eating the fish. Should have gone elsewhere.

The food is usually very good. The stuffed crab need more crab than stuff. But all in all I go here weekly. I get the loaded baked potato in my meal which is usually very good. The fish is always he best!!

The restaurant smelled terrible, it had a very bad rotted odor around the drink station. There was leaks all over the place, the tables dirty and our fish had such a bad off putting flavor. It was not a good experience and will not visit that location again.

It's been a long time since I went to Captain D'S, but we really enjoyed our time. My only complaint was that the drink machine did not work so the attendant had to stop what she was doing so she could give me some ice for my water. She was working the front register and the drive thru. The food was good like I used to remember. It's worth giving them some business.
