Every fast food restaurant should learn a little bit from Chick-fil-A. Of course I had a great experience like always. Can't wait until I get a chance to eat lunch here again.

I have never seen two people be so rude to every single customer they came across. Asked a kid if he didn't know his name even though they mumble it and vaguely touch which bag is whose. They forgot half my order, then only gave me one sauce. They don't like to use their voice just like to sling things at you. Absolutely ruined my reward for myself on acing a test.
The supervisor Trent is so caring towards his customers! I came in the other day and had an issue with the chicken nuggets, sent in a complaint and soon after got a response. Not only did I get an email from the supervisor, but I also got a phone call saying how sincerely sorry he was about my issue. I got refunded my money and he even paid for my next meal. I met with him in person, and he was sorry and addressed the issue with his work staff immediately. VERY pleased with how he handled this. He even helped me out on his break. Nicest supervisor I have ever met! Thank you so much Trent!

There seems to be a pattern with the comments over 4 years... that the dining hall food is garbage and it costs students $4000 a year. There must a better way.
