I haven't been to this Chili's in 10 years do to service issues and food quality. I decided to give them a try again. I have been twice in the last couple weeks. This first was just as before. The server and bar tender has no idea what SERVICE is. It was so bad we walked out and ate somewhere else. I called the GM that evening and discussed what happened. He was very nice and encouraged me to give them another chance. I went back two weeks later and let's just I was not impressed. The service was a bit better and this time we did recieve our order. The food was horrible. Queso was a dry clump and was not good. Tasted dried out and slightly burnt. The dinners were not any better. I will not ever waste my money again at this restaurant.

Dirty restaurant, the hostess was not knowledgeable about her job. We waited about 10 minutes for her to tell us where to sit. We had a party of 7. The hostess asked us if we wanted to sit in the round booth but end up seating us in a square booth that did not have enough room. We ended up sending our children to another table to eat. The hostess had a broom in her hand but never used it. Our waiter was nice and had good customer service. The food was good and hot.

Dirty, the bar area stinks, bartender is ridiculously slow, the food was cold and overpriced, and the advertised $6 margarita was $10 on my bill. It wasn't even worth bringing it to their attention. Typical chain that has enough first timers coming through to stay in business.

Came in tonight with my coworker after a stressful day at work.automatically we felt welcomed. Atmosphere was perfect.Absolutely adored and loved our sweet waiter Aston(hope I spelt it right). She was so kind, helpful and went above and beyond for us.Thanks so much! I’ll definitely come back again soon!

Took my niece to eat Saturday, our drinks were wrong but the manager Todd fixed it and even kept checking up on us through out our dinner, Thanks so much Todd for making our first trip to Chili's great, we will definitely be back to see you ❤️

Let's see: we didn't get straws or napkins. My bf asked for bacon on his burger, didn't get it. I asked for buffalo sauce on my chicken sandwich, didn't get it. Also had like 80% of the non-alcoholic drinks out, only root beer & sweet tea available, which we both don't like.Honestly, the burger looked good, but the chicken sandwich i could've had better at CFA or Popeyes.Just skip this place.
This location always makes you feel like you’re bothering them. This time we did take out it started raining the girl came out to tell us next time we need to run in- we’ll they’re app should update and say that curbside is not available. It wasn’t raining when we ordered at home.We always order curbside, cause the inside service is horrendous. Out of the 10 plus times we’ve rated there one time was there an amazing server.

Drove 20 min to pick up a to go order after just getting off a 12 hour shift, get home and the order is COMPLETELY wrong. Called them and told them that it was wrong and that I was coming back and to please make the correct order. Get there and NOTHING had been done, and the bald headed manager was EXTREMELY rude! Re-made PART of the order after I waited 15 more minutes. The ONLY thing I asked for was a refund of the tip since I had to drive all the way back up there and waste gas and an hour of my time and he refused.

The service wasn’t even a one. They couldn’t set 7 people. It took over an hour to get our food and when it did they only brought half the order. It took another 15 for the other members order to come. One order wasn’t right the server took the order back (hamburger) she forgot about the order and when we reminded her it took another 15 minutes for her to bring it. Everyone else was finished with their food. The manager wasn’t helpful at all. He wasn’t attentive with us. My opinion I won’t be eating at Chill’s in Mobile,Al.
