I think the owner and managers should do a better job of making their employees do their job it's ridiculous when a customer walks in and stands there for 10 to 15 minutes and nobody even tries to help cuz they're too busy in the back playing around to come to the front counter and do their job and this ain't the first time it's like that every time I go there and not just this restaurant every restaurants like this now especially your fast foods the way I feel about it if your employee does not want to do their job maybe you should hire somebody who does want to do it so instead of waiting any longer so that was business y'all lost

It's a Cici's. I've never had an issue here, the staff is super kind/friendly and always shout out the fun phrases Cici's is known for, and the food quality matches any other Cici's. I always appreciate that you can request any pizza, too.That said, there is something about this location that just doesn't feel as clean as the Daphne location. I don't know if it's the walls, layout, or color scheme (because it is clean), but it just has a different feel. As well as they charge for a cup for water where-as the Daphne one does not. I'm beyond disappointed with this industry movement and will always knock a star off for it, but its not a reason to avoid or boycott.I also find the arcade rooms pointless at every Cici's, but I will say it's a good, cheap place for large groups (birthdays, sport teams, family gatherings). Bare in mind that there are usually a lot of kids running around. You can choose to be upset, but who would honestly expect groups of 5 to 10-year-olds to sit quietly, walk calmly, and exhibit perfect restaurant etiquette at a buffet? It comes with the territory.

Food, as always, was on point, the two employees at the entrance working registers were both super friendly and funny, and wasn't that busy today so had plenty of slices to go around a couple times. Will always be my favorite place to eat out.

Service was good, food was ok when you could get any from the fat… that was sitting waiting for the pizza to be made, me and my 3 buddies had about 5 pieces all together. Never coming back it’s always the same people in the “line” it’s really just the fat ladies dinner table.Dietary restrictions: Need more pizza made

Taking advantage of the great coupon going on right now. Got here and found line out the door. The fellow, Isiah t, that was taking money keep walking away and was gone for long blocks of time. Once I finally got through line, looked around and saw an unstocked pizza bar, salad bar needing attention, drink machine just put out soda water. Didn't see any management type what so ever. Wondering where he/she is at? I do realize that this is mardi Gras but this is really ridiculous. The only why the management can apologize is a free buffet for myself and my guest that was with. Normally this place is great but tonight, it really should be less than zero.

Everyone is always so nice and high in spirit, they are always so quick to get more food out if they are running low and you never see anyone in there without a smile on their face.They are always interacting with the customers making sure everything is up to their liking.10/10 will always go back.
