I came here specifically to get a gift card. I decided to use the restroom before I got in line. The floor throughout the dining area was very sweaty and wet. There were wet floor signs everywhere and I had to be very careful. The bathroom floor was extremely sweaty. When I went to wash my hands the sink was nasty. The soap dispenser was broken and someone had taken the lid off. I had to dip my hand in to get soap. Then when I went to dry my hands I couldn't because the heated dryer on the wall was broken and there were no paper towels available so I had to leave the restroom with wet hands. There were paper towels outside. Then I stood in line...there was no one in line. It took FOREVER for someone to come and see about me. On the door as you walk into the building it says as big as day GIFT CARDS NOW AVAILABLE. So I asked the cashier for a gift card. She says we don't have any. ????♀️?♀️ LAME

This place is very affordable and has great milkshakes. They do tend to get orders wrong a lot and give so much attitude at the drive thru. The inside workers are usually nicer though.
Night staff seems to have a lot of attitude and poor customer service everyone is also in a rush even though it still takes quite a while to get your

I went to Cook Out and it was awesome! The burgers were juicy, the milkshakes were thick and creamy, and the prices were super affordable. It's now my go-to spot for a delicious and budget-friendly meal.
Worst. I ordered onion rings. Worst kind I never seen anywhere like that. It was stale.Too worst and very bad experience.Vegetarian options: Only fries, onion rings and cheese quesadilla.

They served raw chicken!However, when calling the customer service number listed they were quick to offer a replacement or a voucher. Assistance in the matter was speedy and empathetic. Their customer service is great but they desperately need a new cook.

My youth group came here (3 nights in a row actually) and the people were really nice. I liked my four dogs for this one dawg (woof). And I like your milkshakes ??

Man I paid like $10 for something in a backyard to go box! A few fries and what would be a burger from Wendy's value menu. the Coke float was semi froze and quick to go like it was just pulled from a freezer. Should have followed my mind and went to Chick Fil A! ?
