These are very good people. Sometimes when life is brings you down, someone reminds you GOD loves each and everyone of us. The employees and their management are very hospitable, respectful and courteous. God Bless the employees and all those who have encouraged me to not question God's will. Ordered a small blizzard and a small dish of vanilla ice cream, tried charging me 4.99 for a sundae, said they can't give in a cup. I have always ordered this.

Workers were super nice , store was very clean and food was hot and fresh.
Customer service absolutely terrible. Chicken was over cooked almost too hard to bite into. Things were forgotten and tried to charge us for the forgotten items just overall the worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve had.

Blizzards were not made to order. The young man on duty had his hair loose and hanging in his face His visor was on backwards, with microphone near the top of his head, which made his voice sound distant when I was ordering. I spoke with his manager. The manager stated that she had asked him to comply several times. The cashier/he refused to comply. I have experienced getting a mouth full of hair in a salad from another restaurant. I don't visit that restaurant anymore. Please enforce better standards with your workers. We deserve better.

Wooww. This Dairy Queen is terrible. When I first visited, they were out of ice cream. Understandable, I called ahead next time I visited and it will be my last. I waited in drive thru for my two blizzards for ten minutes. When the employee did the cup upside down when passing off the blizzard, it was already pretty much melted. She gave it to me anyways. Then we realized the flavors were wrong not what we ordered.
