Great place to get sub sandwiches. Hot sandwiches are my favorite and their hook and ladder has ham and turkey with all the fixings. They also support the local community. Order on their app to earn points towards free food.

Love Firehouse but the staff here are rude and disconnect the line so you can't call in an order. Pretty insane to think the caller won't know exactly what they're doing. Calling 4 hours before closing btw.

My office ordered several carry out orders and almost nothing was right. The chips were said to be in the bags but when I got to work none of the bags had chips. The sandwiches were all missing different things, my hook and ladder which was listed as a regular sandwich came with nothing but the meet cheese and onions, jalapeños were ordered on one and they were put on the wrong sandwich. Sadly a pretty crummy experience from a usually good location. Disappointing

We ordered sandwiches, takeout, on the way home. Mine tasted a little off. Here it is 3 am and I'm laying here with a lead weight in my belly, can't sleep. No more firehouse for me. Eight hours later and it's been coming out both ends for six hours, not done yet. Definitely food poisoning.

Horrible workers, The girl with the braces and puff hair needs to be fired and the other girl. When we asked her about the sandwich we wanted to order she looked at us crazy like she needed someone to speak for her.Then the girl with braces that was pricing the food acted like she didn't know how to do math for the total of my order.

This particular Firehouse Subs location is conveniently located in a smaller strip mall on Government Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama.The ambiance is what you would expect from a Firehouse Subs location and the staff was friendly enough. For a chain, Firehouse Subs is a pretty good option if you are in the mood for a sub. My usual go-to is the New York Steamer. Corned beef, pastrami and Swiss cheese makes for a winning combination. All in all, I would recommend this particular Firehouse Subs location.

The staff will refuse to answer the phone well before closing, they even will disconnect the line (unplug the phone so it goes straight to phone error when you try to ring it). They need to get better staff in this place.
