I ordered 2 large subs online and went to get them. I had to wait about 10 minutes, and they were out of pickle spears, which is fine with me. When I got home with the subs, they were soaked and on wheat bread.

Tried to take advantage of the $5 Medium Meatball sub promotion today and first was told that I have to use the app. Then after trying to order in the app, the app had some sort of malfunction that would only allow me to order the Chicken Parmesan Meatball sub. The manager was supposed to call the franchisee but didn't bother to try to fix the issue. I like Firehouse subs but they need to be better prepared when they have offers like that!

Was met with a very rube reaction to me asking for something different on a limited time sub. I had asked for just chicken instead of the meatballs on it and was told very rudely that they couldn't do that. But I have had that change done before with the other store not being rude to me.

Great sandwich shop. Subs have lots of meat. Wife and I split a large sub and it's plenty. Our goto for fast lunch. Curbside carryout is great to and sometimes preferred since seating area can get crowded. We use the app and get free stuff

The food here is great. The only thing that lacks here is that the staff here isn't as personable as most places. You order, you get your food, and that's it. They don't speak or greet anyone. Strictly business.Other than that, I come here often with no issues.Parking: Limited if other businesses are busy

Never no tea made and when you inform staff, you are told you will have to wait! No effort to even make was made. Definitely wasn’t worth paying for a drink, when no drink was available. Won’t be back!
