$18.79. That is what I paid for a cheeseburger and a small fry. And to drink: water. I should have known better since Five Guys is always pricey, but come on. $18.79? I can eat a burger and fries at a sit down restaurant for less. Also dirty tables and chairs. Mobile deserves better. Let me say this: when In N Out opens up in Nashville next year, Five Guys will be on notice. They haven’t really had to compete yet! If they have these prices and this lackluster experience, there is no way they will compete. In N Out is run like a well oiled machine and at least this Five Guys in Mobile is no where near that quality. I will admit the burger and fries tasted good, but too expensive!

Should be called five slow guys. Was there for 20 minutes before we got our food. (we got there at 2 pm, no lunch crowd rush). Plus on top of that the cost was very expensive, we had, one regular burger, one small burger, two regular drinks and one large fry, cost was $37. They've gotten very expensive.

I ordered a beacon cheese burger singlepatty, medium onion rings and chocolate shake. Food was awesome, service was very good. The price was high, thank goodness I didn't bring the family, over $28.00, would have cost over a hundred dollars for fast food for 3 people.Kid-friendliness: Good seating and kid friendly

Expensive ($25 for burger, fries and shake not including tip). Over-salted fries. Soggy burger with way too many condiments. Everything was very messy. Definitely don’t try to eat this in your car omg. I will never be back to this place. Disappointing.

Great burgers, it's not gourmet but it's fresh made and customizable and the fries are delicious. My only qualm is that it is not cheap. Spent 60 for two kids burgers with one fries and two shakes and two drinks.Kid-friendliness: Kids can get smaller burgers with just what they want on it. My kids love the soda machine where there are a myriad of choices.

About 1-2 weeks ago whe i visited.. The food would've been better but I had to listen to a manager and some girl name Jonetta talk about the cashier and talk to their customers disrespectful about getting orders wrong the cashier was Jessica and she was as sweet as could be and they talk to her like a dog that's why I would not b back to this five guy's next time I came I look for Jessica and she was not there so I will not be back it seem like the all the black employees that worked was racist against the white cashier and I could see everything going on that was happening that's probably why I have not seen a good cashier in there since because all the bad ignorant employees want to run that store into the ground get better employees I'm not just paying alot on food I expect good customer service and Jessica was the only one that could provide my nneeds management needs to get them out of the store or gonna lose more customers like me I'm not the one tto bash but worst five guys experienced

It’s a shame for as much as this place cost that you have to deal with nasty staff that rolls their eyes and acts like they could care less. Management should review video footage and see how horrible the staff treats customers. My receipt says Lisa if this is her she is horrible. Do better. There are cheaper options.
