Placed a delivery order for my husband on his birthday a couple of days in advance. Received no response from the company other than a confirmation email. Day of my husband birthday no one showed up. Called the company and they straight up told me that they don’t deliver. Had a manger told me that DoorDash makes the deliveries (I wish I would have known that from the get go) and DoorDash cancelled the order (again I wished I would have known this!). Received no call back or refund of any kind. Don’t ever try to get anything delivered

Never again! I love Godfathers, but the last experience i had was utterly ridiculous! The kitchen put raw pepperoni on my large pizza, and when I addressed it, the young man at the counter said to me in front of about 20 people, "It won't kill you." I was so offended, but before I could say anything, a lady spoke out and said if she is allergic to it, she could, and you would tisk tgis company a lawsuit. It's a shame that you would do something like that and unapologetically. Others saw what happened and befan to leave, even ask for refunds as well. Also because we had to wait so long for the orders. When asked where the manager was, I would like to speak to them, In response, He coveyed, They don't want to talk to you. I was speechless. However, I ended up getting a refund and leaving the store peacefully. I would not recommend this Godfather to anyone simply because of the lack of service, food, and integrity!
