I don't know about the food as I was picking up an order, but from what I can tell, this place is fast , efficient, the staff was very nice that I spoke with. This place was packed. Even though I was only picking up delivery the overall experience going there was a good one

I brought in 4 adults for Dinner at 630pm, 04/13/2024. What an absolute MISTAKE and WASTE OF MONEY!!! The buffet remained mostly empty and Unstocked for 99% of our visit. The girl bringing us drinks and checking our table was the best. The location couldn't even be bothered to keep yeast rolls on the bar and at no time were they that busy. I've been this specific location well over 2 dozen times and this is the absolute worst!!

I’m going to start out I’ve been coming here on & off for 17I have worked in the food industry for bout 20 yearsWith that said I’ve been here 2x in the past 3 days & the difference in the workers and how they work the food servers that are out where you can see them and the weight staff it’s like daylight and dark difference between the twoMy server the other day was like she didn’t like her job & just didn’t want to be there plates sat on the table for a whileJim my server to I made it a point to remember he’s been the best server I’ve since coming here the man didn’t slow making eye with every table he had bringing ice for his station & making sure there were plates in his area for us I’ve never seen a wait staff ever do that with the plate he has been the first wait staff I’ve seen in a long time in mobile just have that hard work eithc & I don’t see no bad habitsNow the other wait staff playing with their hair fixing their hair where the customers can see it playing with their faces or glasses trying to look cuteThe food prep teamThe bakery as you can see in the photo not so much they have better things to do then their job like eat cookies off the tray let other people eat cookies off the trays let other employees gob in the pies dig in their ears coughing over the food & putting it out instead of throwing it awayyou know the good stuff & if you zoom in on the photo & you will see food on the counter it was like that all the away round the barOnes hair wasn’t properly secured so she would move around the areas her hair would drag across the counter the food rack with food on it I mean seriously I wouldn’t want my hair matted with food I’d put it upThe hot barThe man on the grill has been doing good for years the bar itself was pretty good lookingThe salad bar looked ok as well there was 1 lady from the salad & 1 from the bakery were the only 2 that had their long hair put up properlyWhen I was in the food industry I had hair down to my waist & I had to put it up in a high ponytail or braid it1. Came to dine in first off I want to say it was a Smokey burnt smelling restaurant didn’t try to open windows every one coughing in sharing how they feel with each other bout the situation even the waitress complaining telling how they don’t see why they can’t open windows , then they start having problems with they lights saying they went out so they tell us they closing rn that we got to go very rude & unprofessional so I sed I want my money back cause IF ITS A ALL TO EAT BUFFETT WHY DO I HAVE TO LEAVE IF IM NOT DONE YET ! So I talk to the manger she didn’t want to be there didn’t even want to do her job, I ask for the other manger she also not trying to even talk to me bout how I feel this is the worst experience ever i want dare waste my time to try to come back everrr!!!!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! Went there on a Saturday, tried to get steak couldn't again, they take 40 minutes to cook 5 steaks then when you go back to get steak it's gone', asked for my money back I was denied my a rude manager. This has happened twice now, I 'm just going to go to a Steak House, Very Very Disappointed, feel ripped off,the company lies in their commercials and advertising about steak. AVOID!!!
Great food. Great service. I'm not a fan of crowds, so, that's the reason for the (atmosphere) 3 star.Parking: If you can't find parking in their lot, there is a huge parking lot behind it. It really depends on whether or not you're too lazy to walk and how far.If you park in the huge lot, it's only 113 feet to the front door from the closest spot.
Me the husband went Easter Sunday my husband said the ribs taste like dog food and there was a piece of food in my drink that they bought out to me. The waitress fixed my drink when she heard.

Went to the golden corral around mobile enjoyed my dinner with a friend not my usual golden corral but I did enjoy it had a very good server even as busy as she was on a weekend so
