The food was great but the service was terrible to point I almost vomit while sitting here 15 minutes waiting at the door, 20 minutes waiting on the food, I was just being a friend to eat per request for birthday breakfast, you can clearly get the impression someone want you gone before you start eating. They brought me the check before the FOOD! I was completely pressured to leave when I was just waiting on food and didn’t even have a clue what was going on myself. When you know you’re welcome somewhere in 2024 why argue. Just simply not coming backL

Management and staff need to be evaluated at this location. Came at 2pm we counted 6 empty tables and 3 that needed to be clean. Several hundred dollars atleast worth of customers including us walked out the door after standing for 20 minutes and not being greeted or sat. When I finally stopped a server was told they had no host and no servers working the sections with empty tables. Guess no one in the establishment came to make money today.

The manager or whoever the host was, was very rude before we got seated. Must have had a bad morning. Our other complaints were about the bathrooms. Both of them. Disgusting and sickening smells and didn’t seem to be cleaned in awhile. The server was fantastic and the food was good and on time. We enjoyed the food.

I visited this establishment recently and had a better experience than I normally have. Though it's been under several management changes, it still serves a good product of pancakes. The staff seems to be much nicer and friendlier than previous visits. Thank you staff for making my visit a reason to return.

Good place to eat, was not crowded, busy, we came around 3PM. My husband is a big fan of the omelettes at IHOP, so we try to get one for him regularly. I had The Big Steak Omelette with a stack of Strawberry Buttermilk Pancakes. My husband got The Spicy Poblano Omelette. He had Pepsi, I had both Diet Pepsi & coffee. The coffee is really good at IHOP, by the way. All the food was great, hot, & yummy. The Omelettes are huge, so you will probably need to request a takeaway box. We both only ate half. The staff were great, brought food out promptly. We only had a little bit of a wait because we came right at shift change, but we were not in a hurry, so the wait did not bother us. I like this location much better than the small, cramped IHOP on Airport Boulevard. This IHOP had three seperate dining areas, both tables and booths. Great food. Thanks for having us.
