I Ordered the 11 wings and received them cold, and hard as a brick. Hard to believe since my dasher was exceptionally fast getting it here. My Fries were lukewarm. I ordered an extra ranch dipping sauce and did not receive that nor the dipping sauce that came with it. The southwest Cajun dry rub was exactly that, dry. No “spice or heat” like stated. Terrible first experience and it seems a lot of people are having the same issues. Can’t say I’ll order again
Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.

I ordered 22 wings and only received 8 wings. I called and called and could not get anyone to answer the phone at It’s Just Wings just to get a refund or my wings. Terrible Experience.

4th visit and NO FOOD Again! There must be a serious management problem here! . Been on four separate visits & each dissatisfied. Three times no staff available, so they would only seat less than six tables in bar only. Today, seated immediately but no salsa nor guacamole! How is that possible!

I ordered 11 wings and an extra ranch sauce through DoorDash. I was only given 8 wings and the extra ranch was not in the box. Also, the food was COLD. First time trying it and the last time I will ever order food from there
