I went to Jersey Mike's on Dauphin Street to get a bowl like I usually do and today I ordered 3 which is 3-6-2024 and the lady that did my order threw my bowls together so fast and they looked awful and I asked for a little extra lettuce she picked up a little with the tip of her fingers and threw it in there she could have given me more? I've never had an issue but today I'm very disappointed... I really wish Charles was there he gets me right every time

Visited in the morning at 1115am and the energy in the store was upbeat, positive and welcoming. There was one person in line and I was served immediately. I ordered 2 Kahuna Phillies and a Club Supreme sans mayo. The Supreme Club was recommended and I was told it was a delicious sub. I enjoyed every bite of my Kahuna Philly Large, the bread was soft, airy and so so fresh, juicy all whilst not being soggy even after the 10 minute commute to it's final destination . I accompanied all subs with chips (Ms. Vicky's Jalapeño Chips, spicy if you're a little ****, Salt and Vinegar and a Sun Chip) because texture is necessary, right!I was quite impressed with the sub a matter of fact. The flavors all worked so well together, it was not salty either as most Philly Cheesteaks get, the melt in the cheese and cook on the meat was very well executed. Props to the cooks, wonderful job gents. The flavors in the Philly were spicy, meaty, cheesy and earthy from the fresh wheat bread, the tangyness from the pickled jalapeños cut the richness from the cheese and meat, the sweetness from the red bell peppers and sautéed onions complemented the spicy very well. It's a well thought out sandwich and the portion of the meat and just the whole sub was gratifying at the price point. I was initially awed by the price and after eating the sub, I was left feeling I got value! This sub puts Fire-House and Subway to shame in my book! The bread is quite impressive! I will definitely be returning in a week to have another sub after a high intensity workout.

5:17pm edit: response to owner.. Since I am food service management certified and been in the industry for 30+ years I know a thing or 2, Thank you andYou did let this go out of your store like this half an hour after opening. All door dash stickers were intacted, and they did not cut and make the sandwich or tamper with the bag in anyway. Nice try, but you are incorrect. However doordash did make it right, and I have dinged you for improper food handling. Maybe the health inspector should make a visit?Ordered from door dash, and I have no complaints about the delivery itself. However, The sandwich was soggy and very oily, also the bread was massacred like it was left over from the night before. The bag of chips that came with my meal was open. No care or concern was taken with this meal, huge disappointment in my opinion. Especially since I've been a Jersey Mike's fan from the early 1990s where I grew up on the Jersey shore. This franchise should be ashamed that the product went out the door.

I had the turkey and provolone. It had a lot of meat, which was salty. Lots of provolone made the sandwich heavy. Vegetables are low.

My husband and I went to Jersey Mikes on the night of Tuesday, 8/23/2023. We started to go to Foosackly's instead, but we decided that it's been a while since we've eaten at Jersey Mikes, so why not. We had both worked late and needed something quick to grab. We stoid there waiting to even be greeted for about 5 minutes when we 1st came in, which should have been a red flag to just leave. My husband said, "Are they not going to take our order or say anything? Then he asked if I wanted to go somewhere else. Then the young ladybasked us if we were ready to order. He asked me what I wanted to do. I advised him that we can just get something since we were there. We purchased 2 giant subs. No chip, no drinks. I got the Chipotle Chicken Sub, and he ordered a chicken cheese steak. We asked if they could cut the sub in 4 pieces as we normally have them do, and was told no problem. We left and went home and sat down to eat. The bread was hard as if it were old. I wish I had taken pictures because some of the conditions of the store were not at all up to the standard of what I am used to seeing at this restaurant. There was a half of sub thrown in the cooler which housed the packaged meat. There was absolutely no Chipotle Mayo on my sandwich at all. The meat was extremely dry and overcooked, plus it wasn't cut into 4 pieces, which isn't as big of a problem because I can cut it myself. The sandwich was not edible for me. My husband said the same that his sandwich was hard and overcooked as well as dry. Which says a lot because he doesn't like a wet sandwich. ? To spend $38.06 for 2 sandwiches and they will not be edible makes no sense at all. I called back up to the store and spoke with the young lady who took & tendered my order, I advised that the sandwiches that the young man made were dry and overcooked, and the bread was hard. She stated that we could come back tomorrow and have them replaced. I advised that I will be leaving out the next morning heading to a business meeting in Montgomery and will be gone for the next 2 days. She stated that you can come anytime this week. I advised that this is our dinner for tonight. I asked what time they closed. She advised that they were already closed. I also advised that she never gave me my receipt, but since I paid with a card and a duplicate was in the bad, I didn't care much. The receipt stated that we dined in, but in fact, it was a to-go order. I asked if I could speak with a manager she said there was no Manger there and that the guy who made the sandwiches was new. Then I asked if we had the sandwiches, I advised yes, and she said well u can bring them back tomorrow." I advised that I would be out of town once again. Not satisfactory at all. I wish that we had just gone to Foosackly's and not had this problem. ? My husband may take them back, but I'm not sure. I don't think that I will be returning unless there is a manager when we step in the door from here on out. I had birthday shore points that I didn't use or anything.
