I love their subs!! They are my go to place to get subs when I don't feel like cooking and want something that's not fast food. And their pickles are amazing as well!!

Staying at the hotel this Jimmy John’s is connected to and we came by at 3:30 to grab a sandwich. The door connected to the hotel was locked, but the door coming in from the street was wide open. We came in from the street only to be told they close at 3 o’clock when their store hours say 5 on the door and 5 on Google.

I had the best customer service here that I have ever experienced! Micheal was the cashier, and I will never forget how awesome he was. In addition, whoever was making the food was obviously an expert, because I had my food in hand before I could even put my credit card away. To top it all all off, the food was delicious. I will never forget this amazing experience!

Went to order 3:50 called the store no answer, tried to order on the app and could not. So i walked to the store and find they are no open even though Google says 5pm. disappointing.

I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star review if I had a choice! But was down for Mardi Gras and guy behind the counter says how you doing when I walk in I say good. Well my husband text me that he finally arrived so I step out to see if he want’s something to eat and the guy behind the counter yells at me again, and says “bathroom for paying customers only” I wasn’t in there to use the bathroom in the first place! So loose your attitude! I dang sure won’t be a paying customer now! Jimmy Johns should really hire better and respectful employees!!!

Convenient location and fast service. Very skimpy on toppings and portions. Good spot to stop if you need something fast. Taste is ok, they just have shrinkflation in effect

Ordered a beach club for lunch and had it delivered to my job. Easiest sandwich on their menu. When I got it, it had one thick chunk of cheese on it with a small piece of deli meat that I couldn’t even tell what it was. It was pretty much inedible and it was not what I ordered or wanted!! This was my third time ordering from here with food that wasn’t good so I decided to give the store I got my sandwich from a call to let them know this is not okay. The Jimmy John’s employee answered the phone by saying, “Hello”. She was extremely short with me and rude. I’ll never order from here ever again!!
Sandwiches were perfect & service was quick. The employees were super kind and in great moods. The other week when we had a sandwich delivered, Shane, was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Got takeout and husband picked up. I got the turkey, ham, provolone club on the wheat bread but I thought it would be on a sub roll but it was ok because the wheat bread was good but it had visible crunchy places in it like nuts?? I'm not sure but I like my wheat bread smooth, I know it's weird! Anyway my husband got the same club but on French bread and he let me have his other half and he had mine so... his was delicious and these sandwiches were full of meat!! They are priced accordingly.the chips are like the zap's of which I am not a fan, whatever happened to go ole Lays? Bottom line the food was fantastic and there is dining inside and delivery.
